The residence is wrapped in the Sagrantino hills a few steps from the medieval village of Bevagna, located in the center of Umbria, few miles away from Assisi.
The strategic position allows guests to easily reach the most enchanting locations such as Spoleto, Montefalco, Foligno, Gubbio, Spello, Trevi, Campello Sul Clitunno, Rasiglia, Norcia and many others.

You will find yourself immersed in an enchanting paradise of peace and tranquillity, where the beauty of a natural and uncontaminated environment will let you discover the most authentic wonder of Umbria.

On the hottest days you can cool off and enjoy the charm of the location thanks to the panoramic swimming pool.

The house has been completely renovated and furnished in a traditional style that makes it unique in its kind, and is suitable for welcoming families and couples, up to a maximum of 10 people.

The residence is the ideal place to relax and regenerate, enjoying the beauty of nature and the surrounding landscape. You can spend your days by the private swimming pool, enjoying a drink at sunset, or relaxing in the garden, immersed in the peace and tranquillity.

During your stay, you can explore the artistic and cultural treasures of the region, visit the local Sagrantino cellars, stroll in the surroundings, go hiking or cycling, or simply relax in the peace and tranquility of the Umbrian countryside, savoring local products such as Sagrantino wine, olive oil and cheeses, discovering the traditional cuisine of Umbria.

The Space

The house consists of two floors divided as follows:

The ground floor has a large living room including a relaxation area, a large fireplace and a large table.
Furthermore, you will find a large kitchen complete with everything you need with an adjoining bathroom.


The upper floor can be reached both by internal and external staircase and is composed of:

• two double bedrooms with internal bathroom;
• a double bedroom with bathroom accessible from the corridor;
• twin bedroom with bathroom accessible from the corridor;
• a living room equipped with a double sofa bed suitable for comfortably accommodating two more people.


The rooms offer wonderful views of the naturalistic landscape thanks to the large windows (equipped with mosquito nets) which provide excellent natural lighting.
