Picco 2 has been lovingly and thoughtfully renovated from scratch as a personal project. Parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. An EV charging station is provided. The accommodation offers storage for motorcycles and bicycles. There are guidelines for correct waste separation.
