The property is in a great location but needs some tender loving care. Water stains on ceilings. Mold smell or other fragrance caused family members breathing problems. Had to leave windows open inspite of the cool weather. Screens have holes in them and screen doors are poor fitting. Bugs can get in. Charged a 75 cleaning fee and was asked to have the place vacuum before leaving. The tired carpets should be replaced with a hard floor surfaces. Covers on couches were covered with crumbs and other bits probably from previous renters. Blinds need replacing as they were broken or hard to work also dirty. Fridge froze our veg and the knob to control temp was broken off so no way to adjust.
