Positives: This property was fine for myself, mom, and grandmother to travel in the area. Plenty of space. Good location. Window ACs kept the place at a comfortable temperature in 90+ degree weather. High speed internet worked well. Negatives: Communication could have been better. I did not receive check-in information until 12 PM the day of the reservation. No check-out information. Maybe this is a Vrbo standard, since I am used to other booking sites? Shower had some dead bugs. Additional: Bring towels/kitchen supplies (cooking utensils, plates, etc.) as this is not well stocked. No issues, as the description did not state it would be.

You could tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Sheets were not washed, hugs dust in the bathroom tub sink, toilet had not been cleaned. Cleaning can go along way! If it would have been cleaned it would have been fine.
