One-level living just steps to Sea Colony's private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort getaway offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bath and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs (two smart TVs), DVD, Wifi. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. This is a nice condo with everything you need. The location is perfect. I would have rated it a 5 but the mattress and pillows in the master are not comfortable. They should be replaced.

Great

This was our second year staying here. It's a great place, but showing some signs of wear/aging. We will still rent it again, but wish there were someone who really cared about the place who can pay attention to the details. Vacassa is responsible for cleaning and we again had issues with this - but when we contact them, they are responsive.

Great place- has improved over previous years.

This is our 3rd year staying at this unit. The cleaning has improved and there is a new mattress (king) this year. Some pillows seem newer and there are still some flat pancake pillows, too. The view is great. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and supplies (and coffee filters- bring ground coffee/no Keurig). I didn’t have to contact Vacasa for anything, which is a first!
