Ótimo imóvel!

Tivemos uma ótima estadia, o apartamento é aconchegante, muito organizado e limpo, com uma área comum agradável. A única coisa que fica um pouco a desejar é a falta de entretenimento ao redor (restaurante, bares, feirinha), para sair à noite é preciso ir para outros lugares de carro.

Apartamento confortável, limpo, aconchegante, com todos utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia. Ótima piscina e churrasqueira. Perto da praia. Renato é muito atencioso. Recomendo! Minha única ressalva refere-se as ruas de Boracéia, que se encontram esburacadas e, na chuva, fica difícil andar à pé. Mas esse descaso é da Prefeitura!

Apto e condomínio bonitos e limpos

Bem equipado, limpo, ventiladores novos e telas em todas as janelas, com tudo funcionando. Linda decoração, assim como em todo o condomínio (com plantas e flores bem cuidadas). O apto tem janelas voltadas para a garagem, no térreo . Boa localização, perto da praia, com farmácia e mercado próximos. Para quem busca tranquilidade e simplicidade; a rua não é asfaltada, portanto em dias de muita chuva é mais difícil o acesso. Tanto o site quanto o proprietário foram bastante eficientes e atenciosos. Enfim, uma ótima experiência!

Confesso que o me chamou a atenção foi a qualidade dos colchões 😀. Geralmente os colchões de casa de praia são sofríveis e os do Renato são muito bons! A casa é toda decorada, uma graça. A cozinha é muito bem equipada. Passamos dias muito agradáveis. O Renato e sua esposa foram muito gentis ao nos receber. Único defeito é o ventilador de teto do quarto de casal que é bastante barulhento, não dá pra usar. Sugiro que eles acrescentem na descrição da casa o número de travesseiros disponíveis, se há algum tipo de cobertor, roupa de cama, banho para não haver surpresas. Agradeço a oportunidade, pretendemos voltar!! Abraço

Gostaria de recomendar o apartamento do Renato e sua atenção para comigo e minha família as condições do apartamento é perfeita nos quesitos conforto, utensílios, limpeza e localização. Infelizmente o único ponto negativo são os "ventiladores de teto", estão bem desgastados o que gera um barulho infernal em um dos quartos,o que fica difícil dormir, e também sala esta já bem lento. Também o zelador Sr. Anderson muito atencioso e educado.
