We have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The host is very attentive. The house is always clean and large enough for our crew. We look forward to staying in the future.
The house was clean and very charming. Our group enjoyed the sauna, hot tub, fire pit, and especially the putting green as we were in the area for a golf trip. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a great time!
This is our second time staying here. Again, we were amazed by the accommodations. The host was very responsive. We look forward to staying in the future.
Spacious. Nice amenities including hot tub, coffee, kitchen supplies, blankets, and so on. Quick communication with an issue we had, which was resolved asap. Great stay.
The house was perfect for our larger crew. The house has plenty of amenities. The host was very responsive, and we look forward to staying in the future.
This house has it all when it comes to amenities. The place was great for the 3 of us who were in town for work. We really enjoyed our stay and the property manager was easy to work with… we would definitely return.

Plenty of space, but beds were not very comfortable. The property looked secluded and right on the river and it was really in a suburban subdivision that didn’t really align with the price point for this property.
It was fine. Generally the interior is adorable and comfy, but not well lit. We ended up using flashlights while playing a game in the main living room. The property managers responded quickly about several light bulbs needing replaced and offered to have them shipped to the house.
14 of us stayed very comfortably in this house! Nice location in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to anything you may need. Would definitely stay again!
This property was clean and inviting with beautiful decor. It was exactly what we needed for a family getaway. The host was wonderful and checked in throughout the weekend to ensure everything was going okay
Stayed at this property for Notre Dame football weekend. The house was clean, spacious and had all that we needed. Sage was helpful and made communication a breeze through text and calls. Would definitely recommend.
Easy communication, responsive hosts, quiet neighborhood. We had our annual business planning retreat here. There was plenty of room for our meetings as well as privacy for the 5 of us. The beds were super comfortable! All of us were very happy with the property. Thanks for sharing it!
This is a wonderful home for a large family like ours! We’ve rented homes in the past listing six bedrooms only to arrive and find they included a pull-out or air mattress as a bedroom. This pretty home has six actual bedrooms with comfortable beds. It’s clean and has everything you’ll need for an enjoyable stay. There’s a large living space to gather. The deck and fire pit are great with lots of seating. It should be noted that the house is not on the river. In the summer while the trees are full, you can’t even see the river from the elevated deck. The river is a short walk down a hill. We were very comfortable and had a great stay. We would definitely rent this home again.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
This place could be a 5 star with some TLC, but simply isn’t. Communication with the property manager was quick but the follow through was often not.The good: beautiful scenery out the back. Well stocked kitchen & large dining area. Adequate sectional & living room. Fun putting green out back and nice fire pit. Pool table was a plus. Location convenient to town. Quiet neighborhood for walks. The inaccurate: house does not sleep 16 unless someone is on a couch. Bedroom 5 is shown as having 2 twins and 1 double, but only has a twin bunk over a full or queen, with an inaccessible ladder. The only office I could identify was a desk with a stool in one of the bedrooms. The listing boasts a game room/arcade. Not sure if this refers to the pool table or the large dining table, but I wouldn’t call either one a game room. We were told there were children’s toys there, but found nothing other than card games. You can’t see the river from the house. It is a short, but steep, walk down and a good deal of mud at the bottom. A large fallen tree makes river access challenging. The bad: a set of sheets with blood on them. Not enough towels. The overhead kitchen light didn’t work and was not corrected when we inquired about it. The hot tub was cloudy, treated 24 hours after we reported it, then turned green and then back to cloudy. Peeling wallpaper. Sketchy shower drain in one bathroom. The place usable but tired and needs a refresh.
We stayed here as a break between stressful events/ a change of environment/ a few days to recharge and relax. As it was March, the house interior was the main focus and where we spent the majority of our time since it was too cold to enjoy much of anything outdoors- though the view out back was beautiful and there would be many things to enjoy on the property outdoors in nicer weather.
The house was spacious and decorated warmly. We were able to spread out and not be in each other's faces unless we wanted to be. The kitchen was obviously stocked by owners who live there at times/use it themselves- the amount and variety of cookware, bakeware, utensils, appliances, linens, and minutiae that make up a fully functional kitchen for someone who cooks most/all meals at home was exceptional. All we needed was a quick trip to the local grocery store for perishables and we were set for our stay.
For us, the one most important amenity that set this property apart from others available at the time (winter/cold weather) was the "real" fireplace. There is almost nothing more relaxing than a beautiful, crackling, wonderful-smelling wood fire. We had a local individual deliver enough wood for our time there, and using it every afternoon until we retired for the night was the highlight of our stay. It nourished our souls.
I was able to work remotely with no issues; the internet service was fast and reliable on all devices. The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions before and during our stay.
The only thing we would change is just a personal preference: there were no blinds for privacy on the windows that look out onto the neighborhood, and we are very private people who are uncomfortable with everyone walking/driving by being able to see inside when it's dark outdoors/lights are on indoors- most especially the large windows in the living room (which had a single sun-filtering shade on the center window only).
We would definitely stay here again in the future, and would love to return when it's warmer so we can enjoy the outdoor amenities. This property goes on our "favorites" list of places we've rented.
