Perfect vacation getaway

Calm and rural home away from home. Close to nature and cultural visits. The hosts are super friendly and warm people.

This cottage is a haven. So peaceful, homely and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and the owners were close by to answer any questions we had.

We had a lovely time here. The gîte is set in a green valley on a quiet country road, but is only a 5 minute drive from Bernay (and the Intermarché).Sylvie and Hubert were very friendly and helpful - recommending a local restaurant for a celebration and even booking it for us!The swimming pool arrangement suited us fine and we could choose what time to use it each day.We had a relaxing 10 days here and would recommend!

Een zeer geslaagde vakantie

Wat hebben we een leuke tijd gehad tijdens onze vakantie. Voor ons was het een ideaal verblijf, een oase van rust, temidden van de weiden met koeien. Daarenboven een goed gelegen uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in Normandië. De eigenaar verblijft in het huisje naast de vakantiewoning, zodat er altijd een aaspreekpunt is. Voor wie op zoek is naar een perfect afgewerkt huisje, gaat het misschien niet dát zijn, maar voor ons zette het het charmante karakter in de verf. Eén tip: Rookmelders heb ik niet gezien,... of ze waren goed verstopt :-) Een kleine investering, maar wel erg belangrijk.

Super Urlaub

Wunderschöne Lage im "Nirgendwo"und docj so nah an dem bezaubernden Städtchen Bernay.Superfreundliche Gastgeber, auf englisch war eine tolle Kommunikation möglich. Zuvorkommende Eigentümer, ausgesprochen sauberes Ferienhaus, beheizter Pool war das Highlight der Kinder. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Sylvie et Hubert on été très accueillants. La maison est propre et conforme à la description. Nous avons pu passé un très bon séjour avec nos amis et nos enfants en bas age.

Mooie tijd gehad in dit huis, prachtige omgeving golf, strand en cultuur snel bereikbaar. Fantastische gastheer en vrouw.Als kers op de taart de aanwezigheid van een zwembad waar je na een mooie dag heerlijk kan “afspoelen”

Relaxing break

Sylvie and Hubert were excellent hosts who made us feel very welcome. The house is set in a lovely location, and it was great to have the pool during the heatwave. Nearby Bernay is an amazing town -- don't miss the Saturday market.

Lovely house, lovely people

Hubert and Sylvie were very welcoming and hospitable and the gite was everything we needed it to be. It was very close and convenient to explore Bernay. The pool was a big draw for us and our children and it was clean and a great size. Hubert and Sylvie were very kind and accommodating for our use of it for one to two hours every day (it is situated in their garden which is 50m away but on the same site). It was a lovely relaxing stay and we would hope to come back!

Maisonnette romantique et spacieux, bien équipée, très propre. Piscine à 50 mètres de la maison, aussi très propre, à utiliser deux heures par jour. Les propriétaires étaient bien sympathiques. Merci pour une très bonne semaine.

Excellent séjour car coin du feu

Des propriétaires aux petits soins et à l’écoute, une arrivée facile et une maison très agréable. Literie très confortable et lit d’appoint pour les bébés à disposition (il y a même la bassine et le transat pour le bain de bébé). Cheminée insert très appréciable dans cette petite maison agréable pour un long week-end. La ville de Bernay est à un saut de puce. Très appréciable

Bon accueil des propriétaires, disponibles et arrangeants. Possibilité de profiter de la piscine sur un créneau horaire convenu très appréciable. Environnement calme et dépaysant. Maison de campagne agréable et bien equipée, 3 chambres confortables. Attention si vous êtes nombreux: 1 seule salle de bain avec wc.
