Secluded 2BR with Beach Access! [Carriage House]
This 2BR Unit is located on the 2nd floor above the garage overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on the Quietside of Mount Desert Island. A short path leads to direct access of the beach for guests use. The unit has a spacious layout with bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors plus a large deck with a grill and outdoor seating!

Located on the southwestern side of Mount Desert Island, West Tremont is a peaceful and scenic village that embodies the quiet charm of coastal Maine. With its unspoiled landscapes, local maritime heritage, and tranquil setting, West Tremont is a hidden gem for those seeking a quieter, more secluded experience on Mount Desert Island.

-Pets ARE NOT allowed at the property
-Each time you arrive to the unit you will need to climb the stairs to enter the unit
-The garage underneath the unit is not for guest use
-The property has 3 different units on it, each with their own secluded outdoor space but they share the same walking path down to the Ocean off of the parking area
-The beach is composed of small rocks like most of Maine Coastline and is not a sand beach
-The beach itself is on Conservation Land owned by the State and you may see people from the 2 neighboring units accessing the beach
-The front porch in the photos faces the parking area and the 2 balconies face the water
-Grill is available for use late April until the end of November
