2泊。もう利用しない

チェックインからチェックアウトまでオンラインでホテルの従業員と会うことはなく、タイムリーなサービスを得られなかった。効率化を図っているのはホテル側の都合で客側としては不便と感じることが多かった。例えば、オンラインチェックしてないとエントランスにすら入れない、3人（大人2人子供1人）で予約しているのにタオルの数が足りない、エキストラベッドの用意もない（子供とはいえクイーンベッドで3人は窮屈なのは予め分かるはず）等。暖房も効いておらず部屋が寒い。エレベーターも片方故障しているのに開いたまま。敢えてメリットを挙げるとすれば観光地にもアクセスしやすい駅前の立地でしょうか。但し、ベストな立地というわけでもない。

バスルームがシャワーだけでトイレとの仕切りがカーテンだけなので使いにくい。部屋は広くきれいで夜は静か。チェックポイント・チャーリーのすぐそばで観光には便利な場所だ。

とてもよいホテルでした。

テーゲル空港やベルリン中央駅からのアクセスも良くタクシーで15分程度で移動できました。スタッフの方はとても親切で、部屋はとても綺麗です。寝心地の良いベットでしたので疲れも良く取れました。ただ部屋にはガウンやアメニティ等はないのでお気を付け下さい。

バスタブのあるホテル

部屋自体は広くて快適でした。ベルリンでは珍しくバスタブがあったのもかなりのポイント！寒波の中仕事で毎日朝早く夜まで出掛けていたのでバスタブはかなり助かりました

Die kleinen Zimmer sind ziemlich eng und stickig und die Dusche läuft aus. Für den Preis etwas unterdurchschnittlich. Die größeren Zimmer sind geräumiger und die Bäder sind so ausgelegt, dass die offenen Duschkabinen nicht auslaufen. Also wenn überhaupt, dann darauf achten, dass man nicht ein kleines Eck Zimmer zum Innenhof bekommt

Alles super 😊 bis auf die Tatsache, dass es im Zimmer etwas kalt war und auch die Temperatur nicht zu regeln war. Im Badezimmer war es aber angenehm warm. Sehr sauber alles. U Bahn Station ganz in der Nähe.... Komme gerne wieder

Yövyimme Numa Arc rooms & apartments hotellissa 4 yötä puolisoni kanssa. Hotelli oli rauhallinen, siisti sekä hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella. Huone oli valoisa korkeiden ikkunoiden ansiosta ja yleisesti siisti. Meillä oli huoneeseen pääsemisessä aluksi pieniä ongelmia teknisistä syistä, mutta hotellin puhelinasiakaspalvelu oli nopeaa ja erittäin toimivaa. Hotelli on toimiva henkilöille jotka eivät tarvitse 24/7 vastaanottoa ja sen tarjoamia palveluja.

When we stayed there it was quiet. What was a little bit weird, is that they said we got an upgrade, but that was not true. We got the rooms we booked, so that was okay. Further the communications was okay and super easy to get in your rooms.

Dejligt centralt sted og fint størrelse på værelset Værelset virkede dog som om, det manglede et ekstra tjek. Sofabordet og en lampe var helt løs og ustabil. Køkkenarmaturet sad løst i bordpladen og afløbet var utæt.

Wasn't too happy about no staff being on site for parking. The few employees I did observe didn't seem like working staff. Did like to self check in with pin but it could be better.

No AC despite a thermostat in the room. The temperature in the room was 87 degrees F*. Didn’t get cooler in the room despite leaving windows open and having the fan on. Shower didn’t drain properly. They experienced a building wide hot water outage for an entire day. Also the fire alarm went off and the entire building had to be evacuated late at night. This was all during a 3 night stay. It was convenient for walking around in tourist sight seeing areas, that’s about it.

The building is amazing and in a great location for sight seeing. Our room was huge and beautifully designed with quality bedding, toiletries and coffee and a wonderful shower. Communication was good considering there is no reception.The only downside is that the air conditioning didn't work and because it was very hot we had to open the windows. Our room was at the front of the building with a busy street outside and there was a lot of traffic noise in the night and roadworks directly outside in the day. This took away the enjoyment of being in such a great space.

The room was untidy with no aircon. Hair in bathroom. Upon asking for a fan, I was messaged the fan will be delivered in the room but nothing until checkout. The corridor was smelling of stale food, meat stink. Overall, a very poor standard and stay. Not worth the money at all. Will never stay or recommend this accommodation.
