便利
U2の駅前ということで利用しましたが、鉄道が休止中で不運でした。少し先の駅までもすぐなので大きな支障はありませんでした。中央駅、西駅までのバスも頻繁に走っています。 周囲は移民街の雰囲気ですが、駅近ですし治安は大丈夫だと思います。北側に7、8分行くと風俗街になるので、夜は要注意です。 部屋の電気が暗かったので、作業がしづらいのが難点でした。

安かろう悪かろう
シングルルームは狭くて暗かったです。8泊しましたがシーツの交換は一回だけでした。地下鉄の駅とバス停は近くて便利です。割引で安かったからこんなもんかと諦めましたが次はもう少し高くても別の所に泊まります。

Im Flur hat es jeden Tag nach faulen Eiern/Kanalisation gerochen. Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer und an der Dusche war Kalk und Schimmel.

The stench hit you in the face like a ton of bricks. I wish I did more research before booking this hotel. The pictures are not accurate to how the hotel actually is. The common area, elevator and rooms are old, run down, terrible odors, wall are thin, can hear everyone and everything. Couldn't get any sleep at night because random people would be yelling in the middle of night. The only two good things are the staff, they were friendly and helpful and the transit system is right across the street.

The first day we have a problem with hot water in the shower while taking a shower, it was so cool, we informed the receptionist and they control everything, after that it works perfectly

Hard to reach by phone! There is an offer to receive a voucher for a drink for each night that you spend without asking for cleaning the next day (if you stay at least one more night). Unlike in other Novum Hotels where I already experienced this option, the selection is limited to mineral water.

Check-In problemlos und schnell. Eingangsbereich durch eine Türe mit einem Schnellimbiss verbunden, deshalb deutlicher Geruch nach Fett und Essen im Eingangsbereich. Zimmer im 4 OG. Aufzug und Flur riecht nach Abfluss (wie die Kommentare vorher bereits erwähnten). Manchmal wurde mit Lufterfrischer versucht, das Problem zu überdecken. Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt keine Deckenleute, lediglich Stehlampen. Alte Glühbirnen die sehr warm werden. Bettzeug sauber. Bad in Ordnung. Fugen sauber. Dusche stark verkalkt. Reinigung lief gut. Obwohl Handtücher nicht auf dem Boden lagen, wurden diese täglich gewechselt. Nachhaltigkeit wird nicht großgeschrieben. Check-out problemlos. Gepäckaufbewahrung möglich. Wer ein- und ausgeht wird jedoch nicht kontrolliert. Keine Wertsachen unterbringen!

Das Hotel, das ich kürzlich für einen Städtetrip gebucht habe, hinterließ einen zwiegespaltenen Eindruck. Zunächst einmal möchte ich die positiven Aspekte hervorheben. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar - direkt im Herzen der Stadt gelegen, bietet es einen bequemen Zugang zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dies erwies sich als äußerst praktisch und sparte uns wertvolle Zeit bei der Erkundung der Stadt. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer verdient ebenfalls Lob. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir die Zimmer in einem ordentlichen Zustand vor, und das Reinigungspersonal kümmerte sich täglich darum, dass alles sauber und gepflegt blieb. Dies trug definitiv dazu bei, dass wir uns wohl fühlten. Allerdings muss ich auch die weniger positiven Aspekte erwähnen. Die Einrichtung des Hotels wirkte etwas veraltet. Während dies für einige vielleicht einen nostalgischen Charme ausstrahlt, empfanden wir es eher als leicht überholt. Dennoch war die Ausstattung funktional und erfüllte ihren Zweck. Ein weiterer Punkt, der uns während unseres Aufenthalts nachdenklich stimmte, war die Tatsache, dass sich das Hotel in einem bekannten Drogenviertel befand. Obwohl wir keine direkten Probleme hatten, fühlten wir uns manchmal etwas unwohl, vor allem nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit. Dies sollte potenzielle Gäste darauf hinweisen, besonders vorsichtig zu sein, besonders wenn sie alleine unterwegs sind. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, dass das Hotel für einen Städtetrip geeignet

I have been an old customer at Novum hotel City B and I have been always very satisfied by the level of service. Without any intention to skip any single person of the hotel's staff, I would like to thank especially Mr. Walid at the reception night shift who with his professionalism and kindness gave me the best solution in the middle of the night. I would also like to thank Mrs Kreuz and Mrs Irrling for their excellent correspondence to my needs in order to make my stay pleasant and easy. Many thanks to the cleaning staff as well. All are excellent.

Odeurs douteuses et Personnel peu fiable
Hôtel en travaux au 2e étage et une odeur de produit d’entretien industriel règne à cet étage mélangé à une odeur d’égouts… J’ai eu la malchance d’oublier mon chargeur de téléphone dans la chambre et une heure après le checkout on m’a confirmé que rien n’avait été trouvé dans la chambre malgré mon insistance…dommage que le personnel ne soit pas fiable!

Zentrales Hotel direkt an der Haltestelle Bülowstr. Leider sah es auf dem Bildern besser aus als in der Realität. Das eigentliche Zimmer war eher ein Kämmerchen mit Bett. Trotz allem ruhig da zum Hof gelegen. Im Bad ging das minimale weiter für mich als schlanke Person ging es noch, aber körperlich etwas beeinträchtigte oder korpulentere Personen definitiv zu klein. Nebst dem starken sanierungsbedürfnis die Duschkabine war zum Teil defekt (Schiebetüren aus der Führung, dicke kalkkrusten in den ecken) Alles in allem wenn man Anspruchslos ist kann man dort einchecken ich für meinen Teil werde das nächste Mal wieder in ein anderes Hotel einchecken.

Zimmer von Größe und Aufteilung her furchtbar. Sauberkeit im Bad eine Katastrophe (Haare in der Dusche, Gläser schmutzig, Dusche abgenutzt). Der Teppich müsste dringend raus/ausgetauscht werden. Beim Betreten des Hotels unangenehmer Geruch durch angrenzenden Burger-Dönerladen.

Buen desayuno y variado, localización perfecta, cerca de todo; con buenas conexiones bus/metro y muy buen barrio con vida en cualquier momento del día.. cerca de supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes. Personal normal, cumpliendo su trabajo y poco más. Habitación y baño muy cómodos. Muy buena estancia, sin duda para repetir.

abbiamo subito segnalato il non funzionamento della doccia (acqua troppo calda e non regolabile). Il giorno seguente, la persona alla reception ha mandato un inserviente a controllare, il quale non ha rilevato nessun difetto. Il problema non è stato risolto, pertanto il giorno successivo abbiamo chiesto di trasferirci in un'altra camera. La reception ha mandato un tecnico (3 giorno) che ha finalmente risolto il guasto. 3 giorni senza doccia, l' ultimo giorno con la doccia.
