We have a thermostat in every room, through which the room temperature can be set individually. Since we are not aware of any malfunctions in the air conditioning system so far, we suspect that the thermostat is not working correctly. We will check this immediately and thank you for the hint. Please allow us the following notice regarding the cosmetic products in the room: our rooms in the superior category on the 10th and 11th floors and our apartments are characterized by the soap and other small extras. If necessary, every guest will of course be given all the necessary information on request to the housekeeper or the reception. Shampoo and shower bath in one are in the soap dispenser in the shower.
