それなりに高級ホテル
官庁街であり，地下鉄の駅からは遠いが，南北に2〜4分歩けばバス停があるので不便ではない。大型ホテルで使い勝手は良いのだが，宿泊以外の消費をホテル内で考えれば当然高くつくことになる。しかし周辺にスーパーなどは無い。お金のかかることを指して気に留めぬ所得層なら心地よい滞在となるだろう。

観光に便利なホテル
清潔でポツダム広場やベルリンフィルにも徒歩10分弱であり、観光には便利なホテルと思います。４★となっていますが、お部屋にティーセット・エスプレッソマシンがなかったこと、無料WIFIが非常に遅い上よく切断されること、その関係かテレビも突然映らなくなる等、ビジネス滞在には少し不便を感じました。

フィルハーモニーや絵画館に近くて便利なホテル
フィルハーモニーも絵画館へも、そしてショッピングモールのアルカーデンへも徒歩圏内で行くことができてとても便利でした。旅行前にホテルから、朝食のルームサービス等の案内がメールで届き、活用させていただきました。ホテルのビュッフェスタイルの朝食もおいしかったです。また、夕食も当館のレストランでスフレののった伝統的なお魚料理とおすすめの白ワインを頂きましたが、本当においしかったです。

ベルリン中心街にある、格式のあるフォーマルな印象のあるホテル。
場所はベルリン市内の中心部であり、ドイツ抵抗記念館の真向かい。とても静かな環境。エントランスはとても広く、贅沢な装飾が施されており、高級感が漂っている。部屋は広く設備もしっかりしている。清潔かつ快適。レストランの食事はやや高額であるが、おいしい。周辺に歩いて行けるレストランが少ないことが唯一の難点と言えると思う。ビジネスにも観光にも適したホテルである。

Bitte beachten, die Dachterasse gibt es nur in der Presidenten Suite. Somit hat dieses Hotel keine Dachterasse. Aber trotzdem bekommt es von mir 5*

Great hotel. But it’s in the embassy district so there isn’t too much transportation or dining and shopping. It’s about 1km to the nearest metro. Very short walk to the Tiergarten. Overall a good deal.

Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr schön und hell ,durch die großen Kronleuchter.........empfangen wurden wir von den Mann am 🎹 Klavier. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühl. Ein besonders toller Mensch, war der nette ältere Herr ,der für die Sicherheit verantwortlich war, wir haben nette Gespräche geführt. Das Personal war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Beim reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet, war für jedermann was dabei. Sehr gut 👍.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was just right for us. The pool was also great. However, our first room had a broken fridge, so we changed rooms. The second room had a leaking bidet. For the price you charge, I would expect a much higher standard of maintenance. It will also save you money to fix leaking taps, and it's better for the environment.

Wir haben das Hotel für unser Pärchenwochenende genutzt und waren rundum zufrieden. Sauber und zuvorkommendes Personal die den Servicegedanken vor sich hertragen. Das einzigste kleinere Manko war das Frühstück, hier ist noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben.

Endless small flaws from beginning to end.
We were there for an engagement/birthday for 2 nights to attend shows in Berlin. The Good: The staff was friendly. The night shift supervisor was very friendly and helpful, making efforts to compensate us with upgrades and small gestures that tasted great. The Bad: The lock was broken in the first room. The call to reception didn't work in the newly renovated upgrade room. The tiles were beautiful but cold. The "King Size" bed had 2 (unevenly worn) mattresses instead of one large one - very uncomfortable. The TV consistently emitted a low electrical hum/whine; if we hadn't been so tired coming to the hotel every evening, it would have driven me crazy during the already uncomfortable sleep. The "Up" button on the remote didn't work properly. When the coffee capsules in the room were refilled, they only used decaf and "intense" instead of regular espresso. One of the new "clean" cups was completely stuck with old sugar lumps inside. Very disgusting. Room 1 had a file in the cosmetic consumption cup, while Room 2 did not. The shower hose was leaking. Only one bathrobe in the double room. Half of the pool lockers were broken. There were no more pool towels; instead, used ones were piled up to the ceiling. Addressed as "Frau"(Mrs.) in email correspondence? 5-star hotel?
