ロケーション最高、使いやすいシステムキッチン
内装、家具は写真ほどの高級感はありませんでしたが、ブランデンブルグ門のすぐ側で近くにスーパーもありロケーションは良かったです。キッチン、食器などのコンディションもすごく良かったです。調味料などは付いて無いので持参すれば良かったと思いました。

ベルリン中心部のウィークリーマンション
日本で言うところのウィークリーマンション。ホテルではないものの、暮らすように滞在できるのは嬉しいもの。 キッチンにはお皿や切れない包丁、栓抜きなど一通り揃っている。 バスルームはバスタブ付き、洗濯機付き。 一流ホテルのおもてなしは無いがこれはこれで良い滞在ができると思う。

ぜひ勧めたいアパートメントホテル
まるでベルリンに住んでると思ってしまうくらいくつろげました。利便性はいいですし、スタッフの人は親切で優しかったです。レイトチェックインも対応してくれて本当によかったです。 ホテルは最高です。ブランデンブルグ門の近くの空港行きバスのところに署名スリ集団に襲われました。大きい荷物を持っているときになったので、宿泊の時は気をつけてください！

ﾍﾞﾙﾘﾝフィルを聴くのに便がいいので使いました。今回2度目です。
200番のバスが前に止まるし　地下鉄の駅も近いし　ブランデンブルグ門も近いし便利です。 まず洗濯機を動かないのでフロントにいったら　私の無知の為のようなことを言っていました。しかしすぐ修理のおじさんが来て直してくれました。でも日本人でもドイツ語わかる人もいるのですよ！ また4泊してトイレットペーパー2個。あと1個くださいと言ったら「買って。」と。しかしあと1個のために10個も買えません。やっと1個もらいました。お金をしっかり払っているのですから　トイレットペーパー1個くらいすぐください。後は満足です。

The apartment is bright and clean, modern, close to the Reichstag, Unter den Linden, and Potsdamerplatz. There is a full time reception area to help guests. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a large grocery store, but no convenience stores. We were able to walk everywhere in central Berlin.

Even though it was only 17C outside, the rooms were constantly hot, and we were forced to keep the windows open 24/7. Unfortunately there were no screens on the windows so we had to put up with insects and insect bites our entire visit. The bathroom door squeaked like a 1000lb drawbridge, so when any one of our group would use the facilities at night, it would wake up the entire apartment. Bad pillows and uncomfortable sleep every night. Terrible experience.

Spacious apartment in convenient location. Minimal and cheap-ish decor. Very noisy neighborhood. Apartment very hot during warm days in April. Would need AC in summer. Reception offered fans.

We really enjoyed our time here. We had a problem with the shower being clogged and no one responded to our email unfortunately. Other than that it was a nice location and layout. Some of the furniture could be replaced and a microwave would be nice. Also a bath Matt and extra towels would be good. I couldn’t shower the last day because I had to use mine to clean the floor from the clogged shower drain.

Excellent place to stay - clean, safe and spacious. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Even assisted with printing a train ticket for us. Great location - walking distance to Under den Linden, Brandenberg Gate, Jewish memorial and many more

Loved living here during my weeklong stay!
I loved staying here! The location is excellent for both sightseeing and the business locations I needed that were a short walk away in Potzdamer Platz. The kitchens are well equipped with anpplicances and there is an excellent grocery store two blocks away though there are also a variety of restaurants on the main floor. Be sure to bring your own toiletries. Staff are kind and helpful if/when you need. As there are also permanent residents throughout the building, it’s great to feel like you are living in Berlin while you’re there!

Great location, 5 min walk from Brandenburg gate. Lots of restaurants near by, and a Aldi within the “Mall of Berlin”, also about 5 mins away. The apartment itself is very big, but lacks character. Mostly IKEA furniture, and it’s a little sparse. No microwave in the kitchen, but it does have a dishwasher . The living room curtains don’t fully close, not big enough for the window, so little privacy at night.

Excelente localização. Muito próximo do metrô, centro de compras, supermercado, restaurantes e de diversas atrações. Conseguimos conhecer a cidade quase toda a pé. Check-in rápido e recepção simpática. O apartamento é maior do que as imagens demontram. A internet funcionou bem.

Great location, good size apartment
The location of the apartments is fantastic; close to sights, transport, and a supermarket, as well as the Mall of Berlin. Check in was efficient, and our 2 bedroom apartment a generous size.

Meget slidt og trist lejlighed. Trænger i den grad til renovering. Hele bygningen fremstår grå, dårligt vedligeholdt og trist. Et typisk boligprojekt fra 1990, hvor der intet er gjort efterfølgende. Central beliggenhed.

Das Appartement ist mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch ist es mit viel Liebe hergerichtet und sauber gehalten. Die Fenster sind absolut schalldicht, somit hört man vom Verkehr draußen nichts. Das Treppenhaus ist aber nicht so sauber, und ziemlich heruntergekommen. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis... Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fin lejlighed - Fantastisk beliggenhed
Rigtig fin lejlighed, som havde det vi skulle bruge. Ikke luksus men alligevel alt i alt en god lejlighed. Lidt slidt nogen steder, hvis man går op i detaljer. Perfekt beliggenhed og flot udsigt over Berlin fra 8. sal. Nem ind- og udtjekning. Vi vil benytte det igen og anbefaler det til andre.

The apartment was huge at a great location. I booked it through Orbitz and have pre-paid for the rental. However, we were asked to pay cash when we checked in. I ended up had to deal with the refund due to their error. But at least the management was courteous.
