"Beautiful setting at the Beachfront area. Great walking, beach, and golf experience. Friendly staff and restaurant folks. Stunning views of the beach and highlands. Thank you for the full moon! Some restaurants and shops closed Sunday/Monday so plan your needs. Lovely stay. Very relaxing."

"We stayed in the castle 3 years ago and this was the only place on our return trip to Portugal that we had to revisit. We stayed in a suite this time and loved it. Bed is a bit short though. Breakfast is included and is totally worth it. Plenty of selections."

"The property and room was beautiful. The Staff was very helpful and breakfast was great. Only thing was that the construction was a bit of an eyesore but it was for improvement of their property so im sure it will be beautiful once finished."

"Terrific hotel, right in the center of Obidos! Staff was wonderful and helpful and you are a short walk to the center of the castle in the old town. The view from our room was the spectacular site of the castle walls lit up at night and a church off to the right! Buffet breakfast was large and plentiful. The evening reception was very nice as well. The hotel itself is like a mini museum. We enjoyed walking around and looking in all the nooks and crannies. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the pool as a cold snap came in the days we were there but it looked wonderful. Key bonus was the indoor parking!!!"

"The staff was outstanding. The welcome ginja drinks was a delightful surprise. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The room was fabulous. We loved to stay inside the walls, but parking outside the walls was a challenge with dragging luggage’s over a long bumpy road. Not for the faint of heart."

"Beautiful hotel in a quiet location. Has an excellent gin and tonic from the bar and enjoyed the patio. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Room was on the smaller side but very comfortable. Some coffee shops walking distance. Would definitively stay there again"
