The Scandic Torget Bergen is located next to the harbour making all attractions easily walkable. Access security is card based. The standard rooms are clean and comfortable but a rather on the small side. There is no Aircon, and we found the room hot. But the lovely reception staff provided a fan for us so was tolerable. If you book a harbour facing room there it's quite noisy with traffic and some late night music from the 'Little Nashville' bar across the harbour. We coped with the fan noise and low radio on the TV. Don't let that out you off though. It's not the hotel's fault. Breakfasts were very good.

Walking distance from our Viking ship. Early check in for a very small fee. Staff was polite and helpful. Amazing breakfast included. Walking distance to airport bus. Great view.

Die Lage des Hotels war super Zentral. Alles was es in Bergen zu entdecken gibt kann man von diesem Hotel aus gut erreichen. Sollte man etwas entdecken wollen was etwas weiter entfernt liegt ist eine Haltestelle der Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Jeder findet etwas. Selbst vegane Alternativen wurden angeboten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

In een woord fantastisch! Kamers schoon de bedden sliepen heerlijk, geen last van geluiden van buiten ondanks dat we aan de haven zaten en het pinksterweekend was. Allemaal leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Goede centrale plek om te verblijven!

Way way too hot in the room. We opened the window for air, but had to close it because it was too noisy from all the drunk people outside. Staff was nice though. Do not recommend if you don’t like listing to drunk people screaming or sweating.

Ein typisches Stadthotel, das in perfekter Lage ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich & um die Erfüllung aller Wünsche bemüht. Auch in diesem Scandic Hotel wird - wie üblich - ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet angeboten. Als Gast sollte man bis kurz vor 9 Uhr erscheinen (auch wenn das Frühstück werktags von 7:00 bis 10:00 Uhr angeboten wird), um einen Sitzplatz im Frühstücksraum zu finden (wir sind beim Check-In darauf hingewiesen worden & konnten so das tägliche Problem umgehen). Das Haus ist mit Blick auf die perfekte Lage (fast alle Ziele sind fußläufig erreichbar) sowie das angemessene Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis zu empfehlen!

Close to the waterfront and easy access to restaurants, cafes and shopping. One minute away from the information centre and pick up for day trip through the fjords. The hotel is in the best position in Bergen! Very short walk to Bryggen and the Floibanen funicular. Right opposite the fish market and Tourist Info. Our room overlooked the harbour (brilliant view of central Bergen) and it was really good to watch all the comings and goings of various boats and people. Everything we needed was in the room including kettle and hair dryer. Shower was a bit weak, but that was the only negative. The breakfast was really good.

The staff here couldn’t have been more helpful. We asked for info about the local area/transport and staff were happy and proactive in helping us. The hotel was modern and clean and the breakfast offer was excellent. The room was quite small but modern and had everything you would need including iron and hairdryer. The hotel is in the Center of Bergen so ideally placed to access everything.
