ロケーションと朝食レストランは最高だった。空港までのリムジンバス乗り場にも近い。フロントの女性スタッフの雰囲気が悪い。また、シャワーブースの作りが悪く翌朝まで水溜りが出来る。

魚市場、フィヨルド行きのボート乗り場に近く便利な立地。ただ、駅からは少し距離があるので、荷物があるなら空港バスがお勧め。バス停は近いです。港側の部屋に泊まれたら素敵な景色が楽しめると思います。

This hotel is located at board of Bergen port and we could enjoy good view of Bryggen. Its location is very good for Walking to the interesting view points and shopping. Its restraunt "Kitchen & Table " offered us very tasty and good dishes with good warm atomospher. Also its Breakfast is fantastic. Our room was nicely prepared and enjoyed our three nights stay.

The hotel is perfectly located on the harbour, directly across from historic Bryggen. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lighting was limited after dark. There was no phone in the room.

From guest service to great rooms to fabulous location,you cannot go wrong staying here. Practically everything in Bergen is in walking distance from this hotel. The bar is open and welcoming, and the breakfast in the morning is phenomenal. But back to the guest service: unbeatable. If I return to Bergen, I will without a doubt look to stay at the Clarion Hotel Admiral.

I arrived at 9:30 pm. The restaurant had just closed. However, the chef agreed to make me supper anyway. How lovely!

The staff, on our first visit were just amazing. We had our bags delivered to the wrong Clarion but within about half an hour, the wonderful Port -a - Service had delivered them to us. The staff at the Clarion were so helpful. Second visit: Staff wonderful but we were not as happy with the room. There were a number of issues but we have handed these to the reception and hopefully they will be dealt with.

Only criticism is that they wouldn’t check us in until 3:00 pm, and at that time there were mobs of people extending to outside the building- disorganized process.

The views from deluxe rooms with balcony are unsurpassed! Incredible view and serene view scape. There are no other hotels like it on the water in Bergen at the port.

Lady at front desk was super friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early. Beds were extremely comfortable. Room was hot but we opened the windows and it cooled off. Very little street noise. Great hotel and I would recommend.

Vi hadde et fint opphold på dette hotellet, ble godt ivaretatt fra vi ankomst til avreise. Vi hadde også med vår hund, dette fungerte fint. Veldig gode madrasser, og utmerket mat i hotellets restaurant. Hyggelig personale :)

Absolument rien à redire, l'accueil, la propreté parfaite et la possibilité de rester dans un grand salon confortable, bien chauffé, et un distributeur d'eau pour se faire à discrétion autant de thé ou café que l'on souhaite avant le départ (du bateau par exemple!!!). Vraiment super!

The bed mattressess were quite different and moved during the night while we slept. Both my parents fell off the bed due to this.

I think our room must have been recently renovated. It was excellent! The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, baring none. Everything was modern and spotless. And the staff was exceptional helpful and nice.

Sou um viajante frequente. Viajo com minha família e preso por um hotel que tenha condições de oferecer o que descreve. infelizmente nossa experiência no ClarionHotel Admiral, foi ofuscada, em todos os sentidos, por, inicialmente uma informação imprecisa e posteriormente pela solução ofertada pelo atendente. No momento de nossa chegada ao hotel, fomos orientados quanto ao seu funcionamento e horario de café-da-manha. Recebemos as chaves magnéticas juntamente com uma especie de envelope que também continha a informação refente ao horario do café da manhá, que seria 7h as 10h. Infelizamente, em nosso último dia de hospedagem, descemos para tomar o referido café as 7:15, e formos notificados que o café iniciaria as 8h. Como também estava fazendo check-out, mostrei o papel com a anotação de um funcionario, mas não foi suficiente. Ficamos sem o café. Indignados, e com horario de voo, não pudemos esperar. O funcinario retornou com uma sacolinha contendo um pão, fruta, suco e queijo. Lamentavel para que escolhe o hotel pelo conforto, primando por um café da manhã com itens quentes e bebidas quentes. Mais lamentavel ainda, se deparar com um hotel que erra, mas não faz nada para mudar. Um hotel que nitidamente está preparado para receber grandes reservas de excursões, mas não está preparado a sanar pequenos ajustes, quando estes aparecem. Se precisar de auxilio, não contará com suporte. Não recomendo este tido de hotel, com uma política de boiada. Lamento ter ficando hospedado lá.
