We did not like poor breakfast buffet.We did not like our room on the high floor with opening window in the roof.We did not like great delay at the breakfast when we checked out.The hot food we could eat because the staff began their work very late.It is very bad for 4 star hotel.

So many minor things didn't work. We arrived, our small room was boiling warm, clicked the Aircon, didn't work, so opened the velux (no actual window on the 3rd floor) and the velux promptly broke open. After declining the offer to call maintenance every time we wanted the velux open or closed we were moved to a tiny room. There wasn't even a space for a luggage stand. In this room the Aircon again seemed not to function, the toilet roll holder fell apart and the door handle kept sticking open so the room door didn't lock when we left! Both mornings the coffee machine at breakfast broke down twice. A very nice hotel sadly let down by rooms too small for the cost and too many detail issues. The staff were all very nice though.

Hotel was terrific with great staff. Dining in area was limited. Also needed a bank and every one in the area was closed.

Inte riktigt en upplevelse i klass med palats. Mer ett ordinärt hotell, både gällande bekvämlighet, rum, mat, spa och service. Vi hade bokat nyårssupen för 150 Euro, men det höll riktigt låg klass, så vi gick därifrån och åt på annan restaurang. Väldigt bra gym i annan byggnad i parkeringsgarage. Trevliga omgivningar, bra läge

Nydelig mat og sted
Nydelig og historisk hotell sentralt i Bergamo. Med parkering (sjukt smal inngang, men går). Veldig god frokost og fint opphold. Kommer til å bestille igjen! Bakgården var nydelig.

Excelente Instalações novas! Para quem acessa de carro deverá estar atento pois está localizado em ZTL (zona de tráfico limitado) , ao chegar no hotel eles comunicam a placa do carro p/ a polícia de trânsito para evitar “multa”. Estacionamento não está incluído na diária, pago a parte no local.

Super Hotel im ehemaligen Kloster!
Schönes Hotel in einem ehemaligen Kloster. Wir bekamen wegen meinem Geburtstag sogar ein besseres Zimmer, mit eigener Sauna! Da gehen wir gerne wieder mal hin, zu empfehlen!

Meget bra plassering synes vi som førstegangs reisende til Bergamo.Enkelt å orientere seg ut fra hotellet via gaten som gikk rett bort til hovedgaten med bussavganger til bla. Citti Alta og buss- og togstasjon samt A1 til flyplassen. Og videre til restauranter og shopping. På vårt rom 268 manglet det dusjvegg, interntelefon virket ikke. Kjøleskapet kuttet ut å virke mange timer første dagen, men virket dagen etter og resten av oppholdet. Betjeningen lot oss bruke et annet rom til bruk av kjøleskap og evnt. dusjing da det ikke vare flere ledige Superior-rom som vi kunne byttet til. Superior-rommet var romslig med eget kjøkken,og god seng. Den unge damen i resepsjonen var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom, hun snakket også litt norsk til vår overaskelse :-) Vi benyttet oss kun av restauranten til frokost som var meget bra.. Vi kommer gjerne igjen til Palazzo Santo Spirito ved neste besøk til Bergamo

Gorgeous central hotel with friendly staff. Was very lucky to get an upgrade to the imperial suite on the first night which was incredible, this apartment had a jacuzzi and a sauna. The room the following night was also fabulous and also included a jacuzzi and sauna. Very comfortable bed and quiet hotel.
