Incredible place!
This place is utterly beautiful. The price is so low. We arrived very late, the host was very accommodating and friendly. They communicated highly. The room is incredible, with a beautiful little Romeo and Juliet balcony.

המקום מקסים נמצא בלב הפיצה של ברגמו החדשה. ארוחת הבוקר מעולה ואפשר לבחור בין ארוחת בוקר מלוחה לארוחה מתוקה. ממליצה להתחלק ולבחור כזאת וכזאת. ביום שיצאנו מוקדם לטיסה קיבלנו ארוחה ארוזה. הצוות מקסים! ממליצים. יש מיני בר בחדר חופשי שכל יום מחדשים אותו בבירות/ יין/ קולה/ מים לגבי חנייה-יש חנייה בחינם במרחק של 10 דקות הליכה או בתשלום בחניונים השונים של מרכז העיר

Se trata de un hotel con muy pocas habitaciones, tranquilo, en una zona muy céntrica de la Coudad baja, llena de restaurantes, bares y tiendas. Cuidan todos los detalles: cafetera en la habitación, albornoz, zapatillas, dulces, agua a diario, velas, varios almohadones, toallas de calidad... La habitación era espaciosa, con ventanales a la calle, techos altos pintados, baño nuevo con ducha amplia. No hay recepción, pero estaban esperándonos pese a llegar con retraso. Cobran 15 euros por hacer el check in más tarde de las 11 p.m. El desayuno de calidad, completo y servido con mucho mimo: una tabla de embutidos y quesos o huevo se con bacon preparados en el momento, zumo de naranja recién exprimido, café o té, ensalada, frutas, yogures, frutos secos, bollería... Todo el personal encantador y educado. Posibilidad de dejar el equipaje una vez hecho el check out hasta el momento de salir hacia el aeropuerto. A 10 min andando está una parada del autobús q lleva hasta allí por 3 euros.

Lovely proprty , set in a great central location with all amenities close by , a little noisy as on a main piazza - but if you dont mind that then you will have a wonderful sleep in a very comfortable bed in a well decorated air conditioned room , also a free mini bat which was a nice touch.

We had a nice stay in a room with whirlpool. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was in a coffee shop on the opposite side of the plaza. Bus connection to the airport is excellent and inexpensive.

Amaizing place!! Couldn't recommend it enough! Great location, amaizng service, very tasty breakfast! We got a suite with jacuzzi and a balocny and it was unreal! The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with! Pity we only stayed for one night!

Magnifique ! Excellent accueil avec beaucoup d'attentions durant notre séjour. Très belle chambre, spacieuse, mini bar, peignoirs, chaussons, tout pour agrémenter notre séjour. Petits déjeuners délicieux, avec choix d'un plat chaud, la veille pour le lendemain, selon le menu et préparé pour l'heure mentionnée. Idéalement placée dans la basse ville, dans un joli quartier, idéal pour explorer la belle ville de Bergame.

We were not able to get into this place despite the fact we had a reservation. Arrived at 11pm and there was no proper signage it took us 30min to find it and when we rang nobody opened the door nor picked up the phone.

Ci dispiace molto per l'inconveniente Signor Zaya, l'abbiamo aspettata ma non siamo riusciti a metterci in contatto con lei con il cellulare fornito. Normalmente i nostri ospiti ci trovano senza problemi ma cercheremo di migliorare le indicazioni per raggiungerci e la visibilità della struttura. Naturalmente non le sarà addebitato nulla e la attendiamo nuovamente nella nostra struttura per ospitarla gratuitamente e farle dimenticare l'inconveniente.

Самый центр, красивый дизайн номера, очень удобная кровать, вкусный завтрак, в номере кофе, бесплатный мини бар в первый день заезда, прекрасный персонал, чистота на самом высшем уровне. Все очень классно!Особенно девушка Василиса очень отзывчива и добра, решала все вопросы и просьбы моментально. Мне не хватало зеркала в полный рост, но столько плюсов, что я закрыла на это глаза. Один момент: я заработалась и не сказала заранее о своём заезде, это стоило мне 10 евро. Если бы сказали об этом сразу, было бы лучше.

Siamo stati felici di ospitarla nella nostra struttura!! Mi dispiace per l'incomprensione circa l'orario e il relativo costo, non l'abbiamo informata anticipatamente ma sul sito è indicato sia l'orario del check-in sia il prezzo per check-in tardivo in aggiunta, per venirle incontro se per lei era un problema in quanto non era stata avvertita, le abbiamo detto anche che poteva evitare di pagarli. Mi dispiace molto per questa incomprensione. Cercheremo di essere il più chiari possibile in futuro grazie per averci indicato questa questione che può risultare spiacevole.

Todo ha sido maravilloso, nuestro vuelo llegó tarde y no fue empedimento para que nos estuviesen esperando. La habitación preciosa, nos encantó y la atención fue buenísima. La chica de pelo corto que nos preparaba el desayuno súper amable preguntando si necesitábamos más cosas y incluso entró antes a trabajar para que pudiésemos desayunar tranquilos antes de coger el vuelo. La verdad es que no hemos podido elegir un mejor alojamiento. Un 10 de nota!!! Gracias!!
