The location was close to the center. The AC in the room was very loud and it was hard to sleep. It was also just next to the bed. Overall it was ok!

Well located just 15 minutes from the station and easy to walk into the centre. Room was clean, and it was great to have aircon. However, the velux window leaked when it rained (as mentioned in other reviews), and there was no blind meaning the room was light very early in the morning, disturbing sleep. Also whilst the rain head shower was good - it has a leak and sprays water all over the bathroom. With a few small maintenance issues addressed I would have rated very good.

The stay was okay in generał. Good location for sightseeing, room looks fine and is clean. It is a bit tricky to get inside, but we got a pretty clear instructions. However there were no instructions on how to get out, which caused us to get stuck between the fence and the door to the property (which locked automatically) for a few minutes before we figured it out - I think it should be stated more clearly. The biggest problem is the roof window, which leaks. As I can see a lot of guests reported that already and nothing changed, which is insane for me. There was a heavy rain during our stay and we got woken up at night by rain pouring on our heads.

Nice room clean, great bathroon shower. Comfortable bed. Excellent air con which was really needed. Really good restaurant round the corner and plenty of breakfast bars.

Quite a walk from the train station but staff were great, location wasn’t the worst and room was great! There was a damp patch on the ceiling from heavy rain but no issues!

Absolutely immaculate property, looks like a total refurb has recently taken place, spacious with everything you require, and a massive plus of air/con, will definitely use again, a short walk from the stations and a peasant stroll to upper Bergamo which should never be missed, always set time aside for it.
