Located halfway between the beach and shops, this studio is the ideal home for a few days of vacation by the sea. On the first floor with elevator, it is composed as follows:

- An entrance.
- A separate toilet.
- A shower room.
- A living room with a sofa bed (dimension 140x190cm)
- An open kitchen area fitted/equipped.

The whole is completed by a pretty balcony overlooking the interior courtyard of the residence.

Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.
Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge ranging from €10.00 to €22.00 depending on the dimensions of the desired set.

Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation price.

Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be required. Payment of your tourist tax will also be regularized.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- STUDIO CLEANING PACKAGE: €70.
- Baby bed: €15.
- Sheet kit for 2 people: €20.
