Private home just off Interstate 30in the Benton/Bryant area. The property is very close to many restaurants, Kroger Marketplace, Academy Sports and other venues. It is 20 minutes from Simmons Bank Arena, 25 minutes from the Promenade at Chenal, 10 minutes from the Outlets of Little Rock. and Bass Pro Shop. Whether you're exploring the nearby University of Arkansas-Little Rock, Hot Springs Oaklawn Casino, a local wedding, graduation, or sports activity, this vacation home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Benton.

When its time to unwind, retreat to one of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Cozy up in the family room to a fireplace and large smart Sony TV. And with free WiFi, air conditioning and central heat throughout, you'll enjoy all the comforts of home. There are two additional TV's with a Roku stick. Just right for groom's family

My son's wedding was at a venue in Bauxite. Since we are not from the area, we needed a house large enough for the immediate family and grandparents to sleep comfortably as well as a place to prepare for the rehearsal dinner and get ready for the wedding. This was just right! The only issue I had was that I did not realize that the code was only for the garage door and I should not have locked the actual door behind me! The host was extremely responsive and helped me get back into the house quickly! She was very kind and I felt went above and beyond to remedy the situation.

Spacious Home

We stayed at this property for my son’s golf tournament. The house is very spacious. The house is very clean and has lots of rooms—mudroom, an office, dining room, kitchen, living room, 2 huge bedrooms, another bedroom. There were plenty of towels and blankets. Check-in was a breeze. We enjoyed staying here! It’s close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Wedding retreat

Our granddaughter got married at the Grander house about 30 minutes away. This was an excellent location for us to stay. The house is easy access and very comfortable with plenty of parking. I highly recommend this house.

We were a family from out of state gathering for a Celebration of Life. The size of the living room and number of bedrooms and the outside space was amazing. We loved parking inside the garage. Our 2nd time staying - Great property and hosts

We quite often visit family in Arkansas over the holidays. This is our second time staying here and it was perfect just like the first time. I'm grateful that this place is available whenever we travel to Central Arkansas. It allows us to breathe and unwind after a lot of traveling. Also, you cannot beat the convenience factor. Excellent Property!

The house was spotless and the location is perfect- quiet, peaceful, 20 mins to Little Rock. Groceries & shopping within a few miles, and had all the amenities we needed! Highly recommend!

Great Space and Comfort

We rented this house for a family wedding at a venue in Bauxite. The house is about 20 minutes from the venue but really ideal because the venue is rural and the house is close to food and shopping options. We came straight from a week at church camp and were so very pleased with the space and comfort of the home. Absolutely beautiful decorations and very clean spaces. Would definitely stay again.

Just ok

The house was very neat, room after room. Plenty of space. The only downfall is it was dirty. The showers were so dirty we wore flip flops in the shower, the rugs had not been vacuumed in a while (I only know this because there were gobs of hair and dust coming off of it. I will say the house was neat, HUGE yard, and lots of space. I would stay again if I knew it was clean!
