An amazing house for large groups
The house was perfect! We were 19 people and it was incredibly comfortable for sleeping, eating and enjoying. There is plenty of plates and cutlery etc which I know can be tricky sometimes with such big groups. The house was secluded, surrounded by trees and with plenty of space to enjoy. The tennis court and pool are awesome, even in the winter the cold plunge was refreshing! Would absolutely recommend this house and the team that run it are lovely and super helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and had everything we needed. Thanks!

Family Get Away
Amazing location with great facilities! Close to Terrigal and other hubs of the Central Coast. Tennis court was a winner and so much space. Check in process with Mel was fantastic and very accomodating of check in and check out times.

What an amazing house and location for a weekend away
Had a friends reunion at this fabulous house. So great that each bedroom has a bathroom. So much space for everyone and set in a gorgeous location. Highly recommend a sports day on the tennis courts using the sports equipment there. A lot of fun!!

Family holiday ,
We had a very enjoyable stay, made all the better by the new renovations. The new kitchen, dinning area is very well planned. Upstairs the wooden floors make a big difference. It’s an old house and the bathrooms, could do with a few hanging hooks in the showers. As could the bedrooms. Mel the property manager made our stay very pleasant .

Fantastic property!
The property was dated but very clean and great facilities. Plenty of space for large groups, tennis court and pool are fantastic additions. Only downside is the pool is not heated. Owner is great to communicate with and extremely responsive.

Great weekend getaway
I booked this property for a girls weekend away and everyone loved it! There is so much space and great facilities. The owner was very quick to respond to questions I had in the lead up to the stay.

Great covered pool and covered eating area
We had our very large family stay and we had a great time. The covered pool was great and the kids spent a lot time in the pool while we relaxed and watched. There is an awesome covered eating area so the whole family could sit and eat together. We have many games of tennis and one on one basketball. The house is starting to show it's age but having a bathroom off every bedroom is great. Just remember to put the late nighters in the room downstairs as that is the only toilet on the ground floor. Overall the location is great and wonderful for a large family particularly if you have kids.

Not what we paid for
This place was an absolute disaster to say the least. It’s way over priced! We had rubbish left from previous people staying there (cigarette butts, broken glass ect). Numerous power points didn’t work. 1 small fridge for 20 people. Bbq didn’t work. Stove was broken (we had to buy 5 meals because we couldn’t cook anything). The bathrooms were not to Australian standards with power point near water. Mould on bedroom curtains & most windows didn’t have screens. There was no fire pit as pictures showed! I have pictures of all the above if needed. We had a dump truck turn up & dump dirt & concrete in the front yard. The owner was helpful & paid for 1 of our meals but it really didn’t cut it. Very disappointed

Spacious and accommodating
Great weekend spent at the mansion. We loved that all bedrooms had there own ensuites. Lots to do, we all got stuck into tennis, relaxing by the pool side and the fire pit late at night. The house was not as flash as pictures though and some things needed replacement like the kitchen flick mixer (missing ). A revamp would make it a 5 star

Great family get away.
We arrived to the property and getting in was pretty easy. We had some difficulty with the stove however, Julia was extremely helpful and sorted out any issued we had with the property. For us the location as was pretty central to all the places we wanted to visit and not far from the national park. We ended up spending most of days on the property as they kids enjoyed the tennis court, playing basket ball and of course the pool. The house is good for a big group and plenty of mattresses available. We personally found the fridge to be too small for such a large family but we did pass on a suggestion for a bigger fridge. The house does need some work nothing the stopped us from enjoying our time. Overall Julia was very pleasant to deal with and we had an amazing time. Thank you

Photos uploaded are not an accurate representation of the house
The property was dirty, smelly and requires a lot of maintenance, photos are very misleading and do not match the current state of the property. Negatives: - The kitchen was dirty and had to be cleaned before use - The couches were stained/dirty, we placed bed sheets on the before use - The pool was dirty and heater for the pool was out of service - Sunroom lacked maintenance and had vines growing up to the roof - Floorboards had random holes and a lot of scratches - Tennis court required a lot of maintenance - House smelt like sewerage from time to time - Not enough paddles provided for the kayaks - Bins were full - Old and smelly carpet in the bedrooms Positives: - Check-in was relatively straight forward - Beds were done with clean sheets - No close neighbours - House was big enough to sleep 15 people - The property manager was accessible
