Located on the first floor of a secure residence, it comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. There's also a 7 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to late September (heated only from late May to mid-September).
- A 5 m² covered terrace with table and chairs, two sunbeds to enjoy the fine weather
- An unfenced, shared 7 m² garden adjoining the covered terrace

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, right next to the beaches, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
