Vue sur la mer d'un côté et sur la montagne de l'autre...Tres bon contact avec la propriétaire qui nous a donné plein de conseils pour les visites ainsi qu'avec Gerardo qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement. "Overall had a good stay. Good value for money. Room was spacious and clean but like others mention, the shower can lead to water overspilling into the bathroom. The shower was excellent though. Receptionist had to deal with difficult customer ahead of us on arrival which delayed check in but one of those things and we were given a good room afterwards. Was very loud on our last night as people returning to hotel from nights out but to be expected I suppose, was obviously quieter earlier in week. Would stay again, sister hotel over road probably quieter if you prefer that and probably more suitable for those with kids."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Barceló Benidorm Beach. Rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The beds were exceptionally large, incredibly comfortable, and spotless, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep every night. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job every day, and everything was kept immaculate throughout our stay. The sea view from the balcony was simply breathtaking, and waking up to the sound and view of the Mediterranean each morning was unforgettable. The hotel’s location is perfect, right on the beachfront and within easy walking distance of the Old Town, restaurants, shops, and everything Benidorm has to offer. Both the breakfast and dinner were outstanding, with an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality food. There was something for everyone, and every meal was delicious. We also loved the ground-floor terrace, which stayed open until late and had a fantastic atmosphere. It offered a great selection of drinks, cocktails, and delicious food, making it the perfect place to relax in the evening while enjoying the beachfront setting. The rooftop pool and terrace were another highlight, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The live music in the evenings created a wonderful atmosphere The greatest asset of this hotel is its staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay memorable"

"Reception staff were very helpful, we arrived early for check-in so the staff very kindly offered to let us get changed and look after our luggage until our room was ready. Room was very clean, air conditioning was amazing (during heat wave!), fresh towels whenever requested, WiFi spot on, very little to no noise from other guests or outside and location was perfect, 2 min walk to shops, restaurants and beaches. Honestly can’t fault anything about the stay. Even let us store our luggage after we checked out and kill time in the lobby waiting for our airport transfer."

"Great hotel! Lovey decor and very clean. The staff at the front desk and the bar staff were really friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a penthouse sea view room and it really made our stay! The rooftop bar with infinity pool with sea views was a great addition to the hotel. It's in a great location, only a short walk to the strip but out the way of noise. The car park price was more than I expected it would be but was very convenient. I have already recommended to friends and will return myself."
