We had issues check in onwards. We got someone with an attitude to check us in. There was a discrepancy with the number of people in the room and the lady at the reception, instead of explaining properly, had an attitude. Later on the manager called and apologized. We ordered pizza to the room and it took over an hour. We were told that the first pizza got burnt and hence the delay. The bathrooms had black mold and didn’t feel clean. The comforter had stains on it and we got it changed twice. The staff has not been trained well and therefore they are clueless. It takes a long while to make them understand what you need. Low communication and social skills ! We booked the largest suite available since we were 3 adults. However the furntire in the living area was pathetic especially the rocking bed ( dirty and smelly, the bottom wooden pad had lots of dust) The room smelt of mold but the housekeeping staff sprayed something to minimize the smell . Quite disappointed with this experience! We paid 275 CAD $ for one night which was totally a rip off and unacceptable for this hotel , the staff and the service. Not worth even half of that. Very disappointed and scared to book at any other Radisson thanks to this experience!
