空港からのアクセスもよく、食事も美味しい。部屋は清潔で滞在している間は親切なスタッフに多々助けられた。ショッピングモールやレストランが隣接しているので困ることもない。

Great service
Every staff has hospitality. Especially Anil at room service, Sisir and Chakri at restaurant, Parmesh at restaurant manager are really good and kind for us. Room equipment and cleanness is enough and good. You must have "Dosa" in breakfast. I strongly recommend here for business trip.

出張で滞在しました。ちょうど紙幣利用制限をされた直後であったので色々不安はあったもののクレジットを使える所をいくつか勧めてくれたり困ったことがないですか、と気にかけてくれたりとホスピタリティが素晴らしい。また、朝食もインドの伝統的な料理を織り交ぜながら美味しいものでした。

I did check-in with proper bank debit card on file, I did notify the front desk as they confirmed my departure on Jan 23rd, I did acknowledge the same. Later, they indicated that the card was "invalid" that the usual Bank of America card I used with them even last time, they say I had to use it physically to charge, I was not told when I notify the front desk, in spite I did provide a local Bank card and came back with the same comment "invalid" I did use the same with Amazon to order was not there physically to charge. In spite of it, I did set up net banking and transferring funds to cover. I need to dispute some of the room charges, which is not the same as initial booked for, they raised the price, I will contact the same and indicate the discrepancies. Thanks, need your suppor to resolve this issue.

terrible stay
terrible stay we had the property is run down it cannot be rated 5star according to me its a 2 star and its a shame to have the name Marriot attached to it...checkin alone was a nightmare at 4am you dont need teh hassel when you have paid for that day, rooms need to be renovated its totally old school, the PoOl area dont even go there its in a terrible state...all the pictures on the Hotel.com are of when the hotel was built, they need to provide the latest pictures...one day in the shower and suddenly NO WATER i had to dry teh soap and my self n leave the hotel for a meeting without shower...Lighting in the room is horrible ur literally in darkness see the picture attached even that was done after 2 days of complaining...if i had not paid in advance for the stay i would have checked out the following day...when i spoke to the reception for refund or NOT to charge my card n i wanted to checkout i was told they will still charge me had no choice BUT to stay on...infact hotel.com should review all their property on their website....will never go back to this hotel and will be doubtful to stay in a Marriot property....:(

We stayed here for a 3-night stay. The hotel room was rundown. It had broken things like broken toilet paper, door handles, the exhaust fan in the bathroom not working, etc. Also, the bathroom didn't drain properly due to a construction mistake. The floor was below the drainage area, and water would stall. They also need to provide more fresh towels, and their paper towels/tissue paper provided in the bathroom stinks. The furniture and the floor were dirty. The positive part of the stay was the restaurant service. Kava restaurant had good food, and the staff were courteous. They took personal orders, delivered them to our tables, and prepared fresh coffees. I wouldn't stay there again due to the room quality.

Not clean as it used to be a few years ago. The towels were old and worn out. The shower room was not clean. The soap dispenser looked over used.

Disappointed with quality of stay
Condition of hotel was not a fit for the brand of hotel. Small beds, off white sheets and towels, not so clean bathroom, stuffy hallway carpets. Not a good value for money spent.

Infrastructure is poor.Seems waste of Money.The rooms are in very bad shape. Curtains are torn,Floor in pathetic shape. Bathroom door panels are rusted.Furniture seems not cleaned for ages. Room Views are pathetic.Its like staying in a 2 Star hotel. Food good and Hotel Staff are Very Good. House cleaning on 2nd day stay(18 sep) was done 5pm inspite of giving the keys at reception.Share the email I will send the images of room.

Disgrace on the Marriott brand name
It was an extremely disappointing stay. The hotel wasn’t well maintained. Our bathroom shower was broken. The toiletries were not even labelled. When we entered the room, it smelt very unpleasant and we informed housekeeping, though there was nothing they could do about it. The breakfast buffet had juices that tasted stale. A group of us who chose the same hotel considering proximity to our meeting were all extremely disappointed. Some of my friends had very disrespectful behaviour from the employees, some of them had to repeatedly contact the front desk to get any form of response and some of them had no hair dryers or any other amenities. The manager seemed extremely apologetic and polite when we addressed the issues. However, it doesn’t seem like the hotel can make a quick recovery at this rate. This hotel charged premium rates and offered less than 2 star facilities. It felt like an absolute misuse of the Marriott Brand name.

Room was pathetic and a disgrace to the Marriott brand. Sofa was stained, the bathroom was absolutely dirty and filthy with rusted items throughout. Shower head had green stains, dustbin inside toilet looked a 100 years old with cigarette stains and dings, without a disposal bag. No Mug even to hold toothbrush. The soap and shampoo disposal units seemed to make not use it. Room overlooked canteen section of an office, when the reservation made was for a city view. Thoroughly disappointing and a waste of money.

May or may not be a next time
Very disappointed with the hotel. I read some good reviews and went for it but the room they provided me was smelling so musty that we were coughing through the night with irritation. Had to put room freshners to manage our stay as no matter who we complained to, our room wasn't changed. Bathroom walls were mouldy and had hairs on the walls! Pillows were smelling like old and smelly. Its a 4 star and we expect the standards to be upto it. It was more like some roadside motel! My sister's room was better so we spent more part of our day there and went only for sleeping in ours. On a good note: breakfast was good, staff had a nice cheerful face. Food we ordered were also good.
