We booked a last minute overnight stay 2 hours before arriving . From arriving at the hotel to be met by luts the standard never dropped ! Exceptional experience and the food in the restaurant was out of this world ! Well done to everyone invoked , we will be back one day !! Just a long way from perth. Australia

Ich war ein bisschen enttäuscht von der Unterkunft. Unser Zimmer, mit Sauna, war leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es roch nicht wirklich gut im Zimmer. Der Teppichboden war leider schon fleckig. Der Spiegel war nicht geputzt und in der Duschkabine müssten die Dichtungen erneuert werden. Der Putz an den Wänden im Zimmer bröckelte schon und wurde nur übermalt. Ich hätte irgendwie besseres erwartet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war auch gut. Grundsätzlich ein nettes kleines Hotel, aber eben leider schon etwas abgewohnt. Schade.

Romantik Sayn Hotel

Insgesamt war es sehr schön, das Personal sehr nett, sehr schönes Zimmer, allerdings war das Bett mit dem Fernsehschrank am Fußende verbunden, dadurch war das 2m Bett für normal große Menschen ok, aber für meine Söhne wäre definitiv zu wenig Platz gewesen, also lieber vorher fragen, welches Zimmer man bekommt, wenn man sehr groß ist😉 ansonsten alles sehr gepflegt, täglich Mineralwasser und Mozartkugeln als nette Aufmerksamkeit. Das Frühstück kann durchaus noch verbessert werden, der Grundbedarf an Wurst und Käse, Müsli und Ei ist da, aber wenn man gerne etwas später frühstücken geht, muss man mit dem klar kommen, was übrig ist. Rührei und Spiegeleier werden auf Wunsch noch nachgebracht, aber leere Teller mit vorher belegten Lachs oder Tomate/Mozarella nicht mehr aufgefüllt, Gemüse wie Gurken, extra Tomaten oder Paprika gibt es gar nicht, ausgepressten Orangensaft auch nicht, was ich sehr schade finde. Alles in allem sind wir satt geworden, aber wenn man schon mal in ein 4 Sterne Hotel fährt, freue ich mich auf ein aufwendiges Frühstück, welches ich sonst im Alltag nicht so oft habe, von daher war ich davon etwas enttäuscht. Vor allem wenn man vorher abends dort gegessen hat, eine sehr gute Küche, sehr lecker und aufwendig. Ein Sekt am Neujahrstag wäre auch toll gewesen, aber leider war es auch da wie immer, langweilig und bis 10 Uhr musste man fertig sein, auch keine Veränderung an diesem 1.Januar sowie auch an den Wochenenden es keine Verlängerung der Frühstückzeiten gibt.
