No hot water during our stay. Was being rectified but unfortunately no warm showers on that day and next morning by checkout. Spacious and clean facilities with complete kitchen. Hotwater issue let the place down. I expect it was resolved by the following evening.

Good room and facilities. Excellent customer service from reception staff. Only downside is the flooring in the room was very very noisy and was lifting in many areas including the bathroom.

Terrible mattress so slept badly. Bed was very uncomfortable uneven. I think someone is more worried about saving money on repairs and replacing items than customer comfort and retention. Bad move in the long run.

Left a brand new charger behind to be told wasn’t there. Can’t say that cleaners pocketed it but very disappointing. Owners said they’d call if found, a local family member was allowed to look in room a few hours later & it wasn’t there. Lack of trust after a good experience.

Staff on check in were helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were surprisingly spacious and well laid out. Very easy to spend a few days there with a full size kitchen. Could probably do with just a few more kitchen tools/implements, but otherwise, excellent! Our room at the back was quiet. Housekeeping staff were unobtrusive and also very helpful. Great place to stay and will go back

Disappointing stay
Great location and friendly check-in service and the overall, the first impression wasn't too bad. But from there it all went a bit downhill. The aircon was on but could not be adjusted at all. The remote control displayed a flashing clock and nothing else. Could not adjust any settings or even simply turn on / off. The apartment was hot and stuffy which meant an uncomfortable night with little sleep. The bed in the smaller bedroom had what looked and felt like crumbs all in the bed when the top sheet was pulled back. Between that and the heat, I slept on the bed rather than in the bed. Travel partner had the main bedroom with ensuite. Also didn't sleep well due to the heat but also was woken after midnight by the apartment above. All their foot steps on the floor could be heard and water draining down from their shower at 1am woke us again sounding like we had a water leak in our apartment. The shower head and one of the sink taps in the ensuite badly wobbled when touched. Tired using the QR code for the Quest Compendium to gain information about the property and its services etc but it errored every time and wouldn't work. Was going to pass on feedback when checking out but we were so tired we just wanted to start the journey home so we left about 30mins before Reception opened for the day.

Spacious and clean hotel, but issue with wifi
Two night stay in the 3 bedrooms suite. Room was very spacious, clean, parking was easy at the hotel. Hotel location is easy, super market nearby and not far away from city centre. One issue with the room, we connected the wifi as instructed but never been able to use it on our phone or the tv for our two nights of stay. Was just no internet speed or connection at all. Something that needs to be resolved for customers convenience. Otherwise great hotel.

I like the spaciousness of the apartments. The pool is great for a dip on a hot day. It's like a home away from home. It's a far way out of the main town so we used the car to go eat and explore but that wasn't a problem.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The apartment was incredibly warm and spacious with everything we could need, just could do with a refresh. We would definitely return if a stay in Bendigo was required again!

Rooms themselves are getting a little tired and dated, especially the showers. Quests were always my motel of choice however for the price some are becoming overpriced
