This Sunriver home is immaculate and artfully decorated. There is even a hot tub .

Located close to the Village at Sunriver, plus restaurants, lodge, pool, marina, stables and Nature Center, this is the ideal location. This lovely condo is decorated in vintage Russell wood furniture. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and the loft has a pyramid bunk. There are two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and newly decorated. This home sleeps five guests.

The living room with fireplace will be a favorite gathering place. Whether you prefer days filled with activity or a schedule somewhat more relaxed, you'll find everything you desire at Meadow House 11. Watch a movie on the TV, or prepare a meal in the full kitchen, which has a coffee maker and dishwasher. There's a washer and dryer, as well as WiFi, for convenience.

Spread a blanket and picnic on your back lawn and enjoy your oversized hot tub to stargaze with your favorite person. Truly a dream come true, the Meadow House Condos will call you back time and time again.

Excellent location -- walk to village, nature center, SHARC. Quiet with grassy lawn outside. Place needs some loving attention in terms of furniture and kitchenware, but overall a nice spot.

A genuine diamond

We had always stayed in Bend, Oregon because we thought that Sunriver was too expensive. Not only was the condo extremely well priced, but it was the perfect place for us. It was located in a beautiful area and had everything we needed. We are thinking about going back next year since we had such a wonderful experience.

Good size

This house is a nice size for a couple. Most SunRiver homes are too big for a couple, and consequently more expensive. This also had one of the better equipped kitchens, and the fireplace and hot tub worked nicely. Also liked the no-pets policy.

Quiet break from the city , yet close enough to walk for food!

We loved how spacious it was for our family of 3! Our 4 year old loved the upstairs loft and used it as a play area. We loved walking to Brewed Awakenings coffee shop early in the morning. It was about a 15 minute walk for us, little guy loves to stop and collect rocks. There was a cute underground tunnel that was neat. I’m sure the walk to the pools would’ve been great too. Overall we would stay here again! It got us out of our busy , on the go , life! Slowing down was amazing!

Solid home in an accessible area.

A nice little house. Dated but comfortable. We could easily walk/bike to the store/village. The outdoor areas are a little awkward being split up and the use of the meadow doesn't really seem "normal" for other folks - so keep that in mind if you have kids who like to be outside. It is close to the road so you get some noise and lights. Otherwise, a solid little place.

Summer heat

The house amenities for cooking meals was great. However no AC during summer months when it doesn’t cool off until well after 11pm was rough. Thankfully we brought our own fans or we would have been miserable sleeping. My boys do not do well when it’s 76-78 inside trying to sleep as I am sure most don’t

Well stocked, but needs updates.

This house had a well stocked kitchen, towels, wood for the fireplace, dishes, etc. We loved that. It was pretty clean, just one dirty dish in the cupboard and some bird poop and tree matter in the hot tub. But those weren't a big deal. The one big thing that bothered us was the matresses. They were horribly uncomfortable, especially the one in the main bedroom. There are indents on each side of the mattress like its really old. It made it really hard for us to get good rest on our trip.

Cozy and simple!

This was our 4th time staying at this condo. It’s in a great location, the hot tub is a plus, and serves as a great home base for visiting Central Oregon. The wood in the shed is appreciated for fires every night. The condo is clean, but the carpets have seen better days. The furniture is uncomfortable but we knew that going in. The condo is best suited for two people who don’t mind sharing a bed or family with kids. The upstairs loft has a bunk bed but it’s very small. Some of the appliances were updated. Overall another great stay at Meadow House 11!
