I would say this is a great house for one family, or an extended one. The pool is the major draw here. We have stayed at a similar property in Sunriver with the same style indoor pool. This one was by far the better (pool wise). The pool temperature was perfect, nice and warm.
You will find yourselves mostly upstairs in the living room/dining area. There is a great deck with a serviceable bbq (i have never run into a great bbq in Sunriver), some hot spots, but good to do burgers and dogs on. The kitchen has everything you need as well as a view of the pool. We did not spend much time downstairs, but there were noticeable noises down there in the night. I believe it had something to do with the pool, you couldn't hear them upstairs, but downstairs if you are a light sleeper, you could have issues. I did report this so this issue may be fixed. The only other issue I would have is the upstairs master bedroom has a skylight and a window that have no coverings on them. These both make for early mornings. We had a three year old in the room and it was hard to shield him from the morning light to keep him asleep. Really no major issues, great house for the price, the pool is the real selling point on this house.
