Quiet neighborhood and great location. Cozy and comfortable house for our family gathering. Plenty of space for hanging out and dining and great outdoor space for gathering and grilling. Host was very responsive to requests and questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well-located home

The photos and description described the place accurately. The street itself seemed quite rural, but house was close to town and attractions by car, within 10-15 minutes max. Communication was very good.

Old Mill stay

This was a great little house for our group to stay in. Super close to the old mill and amphitheater. Glad it had the AC unit in the family room area, although the bedroom would have been nice, too. Parking was easy for more than one car. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a ping pong table. Spacious enough for our group of 7.

Old mill base camp

Great location and walk ability to old mill district and Hayden homes amphitheater. Property is exactly as listed and pictured, no surprises. We enjoyed it very much.

Great stay

Very comfortable, homey, spacious, well-appointed, clean. Hosts are proactive and eager to please. We all really enjoyed our stay and would love to return if visiting Bend again. Highly recommend!

Great stay

The house was great and pretty easily baby proofed for our very mobile 8 month old. We loved the fire pit and ping pong table in the garage. The location was awesome. We can’t wait to come back!

Walk to concert

Stayed 2 nights to see a concert at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. We had 3 couples and a single- house had all the room we needed. Walked to concert. Pull out couch could be better, dishwasher door hits the fridge - but overall everything was great and worked well. We enjoyed the fire pit on the back deck.

Good rental, horrible property manager

The rental was a nice place that we would probably use again. Having to pay the "hospitality fee" did make me upset considering when we had a question they didn't know the answer or couldn't fix the problem. During this next month there is NO ACESS to the house between 7pm and 7am because of road work during the night. They didn't warn us of this even though they had to know because information was sent to the whole neighborhood. There was no alternate directions to get to the house and we had to wander for 30 minutes before we found a way to get close to the house so we could park on the street and walk to the house.

Long June Weekend in Bend

Excellent location and accommodation for our long weekend at Bend for a roller hockey tournament at the Pavilion. Easy access to downtown, the river, Old Mill District and downtown. Super quiet neighborhood and extra cozy beds for a restful stay. Added bonus was the ping pong table in the garage - we had so much fun playing as a family.

Perfect place for your family to stay in Bend!

This was a wonderful place to stay with our family. A quick walk to shopping and dining on the river. Quiet street for kids to play. Ping pong table in garage, comfortable beds, and quick check out procedures. No long list of to-dos before you leave. A+ property for any vacation.

Lovely stay in Bend

Very spacious and clean house. Just a short walk to Old Mill area with restaurants and shops. Very close to Riverwalk as well. Overall great VRBO I would highly recommend.

Visit with Friends

This is a beautiful house, clean and welcoming, and close to the places we wanted to be. The front porch light is disabled, and this made coming home at night a little iffy.

Great house and location near Old Mill

We had a great stay at the house. With only a 15 minute walk to the old mill district, the river, and the amphitheater it was a perfect basecamp. The house was super clean and well stocked. We enjoyed having the table tennis table in the garage for a little side diversion. Great house!

Great stay, amazing location

Stay was great. Location was amazing. Only downside was that the queen mattresses are spring mattresses, which weren't comfortable and made it hard to sleep for someone with back issues or trouble sleeping. The king mattress was very comfortable. Recommend night lights in the bathrooms.

Great quiet spot in Bend

Great home base for adventures in Bend. House was clean, yard was a great spot to hang, and the ping pong table in the garage was a lot of fun. Tucked back in a pretty quiet area. We walked from the house to a few breweries no problem.

Amazing house close to old mill

We loved this house! It was in a great location, there was great space inside and outside, and just what we needed for a quick weekend trip! The only reason that I didn’t give this review 5 stars is because of the property management company. The cleaning rules that were emailed to me ahead of time were the most strict cleaning rules I’ve ever seen on the Vrbo platform. Additionally, we were warned not to show up at the house prior to check-in (because there may have been cleaners around still?), so when we arrived at 4pm to check in, we were very disappointed that the door code was not set for us yet. We had to call the property management company to help us get in (and they responded immediately), but we were disappointed by that part of the experience.
