The house was clean (except for an opened pregnancy test in the bathroom, assuming that's not a standard stocked item). The hot tub was clean, in working order and needed no instruction for use. The sauna and 2 of the 3 gas fireplaces needed troubleshooting to get them to work. The grill did not have any propane. And both showers were a little confusing but worked. It may have been helpful if there was a notebook with information on the appliances. But the only thing provided was the wifi info. The refrigerator had an error message and didn't seem like it was maintaining a cold temp. We messaged the host about this, they responded asking if someone could look at it, which we agreed to, but never heard anything else from them about it. And the stove/oven dials have the demarcations worn off. This made it impossible to tell what temp the oven was, resulting in slightly overcooked food. If you only care about the hot tub and the waterfront location it's an ace, otherwise there are likely other better options.
