You'll enjoy the retro furnishings in this very unique Sunriver Home. The living room has a sunken seating area to enjoy the wood fireplace, plus TV with cable. The adjacent dining room has seating for 6 and is just outside of the fully-stocked kitchen.

On the main level you'll find a bedroom with queen bed and cable TV plus a full bathroom with shower over tub.

Head upstairs to find a large loft area with king-sized bed and workstation overlooking the living room. There's also a bedroom with two twin beds, TV with Firestick (for streaming your favorite shows) plus a bathroom with walk-in shower.

Head outside to access the gas bbq, private hot tub, dart board, cornhole and horseshoes.

July stay

just me and my boys enjoyed the home, proximity to fishing on the Fall River and a reasonable drive to Bend. we took advantage of the grill. neat design.

Cool Retro Property

This was a fun retro property to stay at. A few callouts: The property did not come with SHARC passes, which are key to enjoying all that Sunriver has to offer The property had some issues with cleanliness, we found lots of live and dead bugs during our stay Location was great Fireplace was very cozy Communication from the property management company was great.

Perfect Home Base for Our Sunriver Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property during our most recent anniversary trip to Sunriver. The house was in a great location and offered a good amount of privacy. We slept well on the mattress, enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning, and relaxed in the hot tub in the evenings. The sunken living room was very neat and a nice part of the house to relax and enjoy a fire. The only I can think of is that the master walk-in shower, which we hadn’t seen photos of, was smaller than expected. The Bennington staff were wonderful hosts and were extremely helpful any time we had a need during our stay. We would’ve stayed longer if we could have!

Cute house. We enjoyed our stay. Felt clean and welcoming. A few small things… **Closer to the highway than we expected. We should have noticed this during booking **We could not open the two sliding glass doors in the living room, which was odd **The whirlpool should be checked for chlorine levels

Everything if you need and just 30 mins away from the mountain!

Wish we could have stayed longer. This house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The living area was spacious. The sunken living room/fireplace was so cozy! I loved the midcentury feel. Will book again for the warmer months.

Coolest retro cabin

We absolutely LOVED this spot. The sunken living room and fireplace are so cozy and cool. The kitchen was well outfitted and beds were comfy. Hot tub was divine! Management company was responsive and helpful. Only improvement would be being able to recycle all our cans and cardboard on premises, but not a big deal. Drive to mt bachelor was easy, we will definitely rent again when headed back up in winter.
