The host was so great to be sure we had everything we needed, checked in early, check on us mid-trip and even say goodbye when we left. Super responsive! We even got to add a day last minute and they did it!

Clean, and great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. (Main floor shared common, but right across hall from the room), had plenty of seating areas in living room, and the two patios were great, we even got to hear parts of the concert going on at the venue. Easy walk to river and Old Mill shopping .

Jon Pardi concert

We were in town to see Jon Pardi at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. The location couldn’t be better to walk to the Amphitheater. Everything you could want is in walking distance. The property is perfect for two couples. It has a very functional layout. The townhome was clean but the carpets could use a good cleaning. Also, the bedding could be upgraded. Very thin comforters. Maybe they were changed for summer but it happened to be a cold weekend. The beds need comforters with duvets.

Great place, great location

Loved the location. Easy walk into town and the mill district. Just a few steps to the river. No river view. 4 star rating due to very hard beds. Otherwise great.

Family reunion.

We had a wonderful time in Bend. Accommodations were excellent! A couple of maintenance things, very minor. A couple of lightbulbs and the downstairs shower door. Nothing major. Lol! It took us a while to figure out how to use the tv, but we did. Everything was great!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was very spacious, the layout was perfect for us as a family of five, it was clean and very comfortable. There was everything that we could possibly wish for. A huge TV for movie night, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The Jacuzzi tub in the master bath was a lovely bonus too! Great communication with the property manager. Walkable distance to three sisters coffee, a movie theatre and shopping area. We skied Mt bachelor and the drive was easy. We loved every minute of our stay and we will be sure to book again when we come back to Bend!

Perfect Location and More!

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Mill Townhome when we visited in February! Not only was communication fantastic and super clear, but the unit was immaculate and so well laid out and equipped! The location is perfect - walking distance to various shops, etc. and a quick drive to anything else you might want. Our family was so happy that we will be booking this unit again when we come to Bend in the spring.

Family concert trip in the Old Mill district

Perfect location for attending a concert at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Less than a 10 minute walk along the river to the venue. Several businesses within walking distance. Beautiful home with lots of space for the whole family. Definitely going to be back.

Bend Girlfriend Getaway

This property was perfect for us. We are 6 retired school teachers, friends for 40 years. Property was ideally located and we were able to walk to downtown and along the river and to the Mill District. Perfect for 6 as the bedrooms were all proportioned well with a bathroom for each bedroom. A well equipped kitchen, a large dinning area perfect for us. A very comfortable living room with ample seating. I would definitely rent again.

Awesome location and great home with minor issues

The house is in a great spot in the Mill District with short walk to downtown and easy access to the river. The rooms were clean and it was pretty quiet. We had a few minor issues including a flickering light in the kitchen, a broken toaster, and a toilet that wouldn't flush in the 2nd bedroom. The host was quick to fix the toilet the next day and the light in the kitchen. There was another toaster on the counter that worked, so that wasn't an issue either. The last gripe I had was that there was a wine fridge, but no corkscrew. So we had to buy one while we were there. Not a big deal, but something I would expect to be there. Overall, we would stay again without hesitation.

Needs Updating

Location size, layout all very good. Old kitchen everything in kitchen needs replacing. The pans were horrible. Stove, toaster, fan, burned out lights, not working properly. The new microwave and refrigerator the only appliances that actually worked correctly. Example, the toaster dead. The burners on stove only lighted half of the circles. The old school home automation, well old school. Cleaning needs improvement. A suggestion for VRBO. Why not have a standard VRBO kitchen, bedding, bathroom setup equipped? What we find, owners dump their junk at these homes. No consistency anywhere. Would it be nice to have the same dishes, utensils, bedding, towels, just like a hotel. Maybe even add the furniture. This place furniture seen better days. The owners could also use the VRBO package or get their junk out of their storage area when they use the place. Easier for the support staff to see what might need replacing. Every unit would be the same down to the soaps in the bath shower. This place over the top on junk. I would not donate any of it to any charity. Go straight to trash. Just a suggestion. Will we stay here next year, maybe. The location hard to beat.

Wonderful with few issues

Overall, the stay was awesome. We discovered on our first night, later in the evening, there wasn't any hot water. I texted the property manager first thing the next morning. A gentleman came and fixed it within an hour. I did text about how to connect the DVD player in the master bedroom, even though I thought I had it connected properly. I never received a response back from the property manager. Overall the property is beautiful and would stay there again! We had great time in Bend.

Super Nice Condo

Great location steps from the riverside trail and close to the Old Mill shopping area. Well equipped. Loved the walk-in closets.
