We had a wonderful 3 night stay here in Bend! The river view from the balcony is unbeatable. The condo had everything we needed and was conveniently located to all of our points of interest. We will definitely be back!

There were some issues with the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and while we did report it no one came to check we replaced the batteries ourselves. We also lost power for several hours and there was no key to access the garage manually this year (we had a key in the past) so couldn’t get bikes out. Apart from these things the unit was great- clean and amazing location.

Had a great stay in this beautiful spot on the Deschutes River. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and will look for this one if we decide to visit Bend again. Prior to our arrival, we received all the information we needed to get into the unit after 4PM on the day of check-in. It was very simple. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. It’s a short walk down the hill to get to the Deschutes River trail. We did over a four-mile walk looping across the bridges and seeing both sides of the river.The hot tub was prepped and ready to use, but I had to access the user manual on the Internet because the instructions provided did not match the new hot tub.Although the towels were all clean, many had stains and were dingy looking. I recommend replacing them or laundering them to somehow remove the stains, or both.I noticed the bedrooms were both very spacious and separated by the bathrooms and a hallway which would be very nice to provide ample privacy for guests. I really liked the fact that there were nightstands and lamps on each side of the beds.Furniture throughout the unit was all in good condition and very comfortable. Parking was convenient and we never had a problem finding a space near the unit. A garage was also provided.Since we did have a really great visit to Bend, but did not get to do everything (if that’s even possible) we will probably come back and if we do, we will not be able to stay anywhere else because this place was so nice.

Excellent summer stay

Excellent stay at this beautiful property overlooking the river. Cool night breeze with the river sounds lulling us to sleep. Wonderful amenities with the community pool space.

Outstanding view

Spacious townhouse with impeccable view. Location is close to bend with walkable access to Deschutes River Trail that is phenomenal hike along the river. We are considering staying here again. We had a 5 month old baby and they provided a pack and play and had it set up when we arrived.

Amazing view and great location

This condo was very comfortable for our 5 week stay. The location is great, close to the Old Mill District and old downtown, as well as NW Crossing. We joined the Bend Athletic Club and that worked our great as it is a short walk down the trail. The condo itself is exactly as advertised! The furnishings were comfortable, including the beds. We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings with a glass of wine and watching the activities on the river. We also enjoyed the proximity of the river trail which we walked regularly into the Mill District for a coffee at Sister's Coffee. We would definitely come back to this condo!

We LOVED this condo!

Beautiful view of the river, amazing interior and very well maintained… we enjoyed being able to relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing and the condo was perfect for our family of four. Comfortable and mostly clean, we have stayed in the Village before but the last unit doesn’t compare to this one. Wish the master shower had better water pressure but not a deal breaker for us. We would love to be able to book in the future!

Beautiful condo with great views of Deschutes River

This is our 5th time to the Bend and this condo has it all! It's all about location, location, location! The condo has amazing views of the Deschutes river and is close to the Deschutes River trail downtown Bend. We traveled to the area in Feb. to do snowshoeing near Mt. Bachelor and hiking. The sound of the river below was awesome from the very nice hot tub on the patio deck. Condo is spacious with gas fireplace and comfortable furniture. Kitchen is well stocked. Master bedroom was nice with access to deck and hot tub. Nice to have washer/dryer in unit. This condo is tucked away in a beautiful wooded area, yet you are not far from Mt. Bachelor, Old Mill District, breweries etc. Easy access to condo with good communication from Alpenglow. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

Even Better Than the Pictures!

We went and checked out the location for some friends and ourselves and were blown away when we saw the view of the river outside. Pretty hard to convey the location and view from pictures. Management was very communicative and helpful. We appreciated the kind welcoming gift as we entered. The hot tub was perfect and well maintained. It has a REAL gas fireplace not and electric simulation. Super clean and well maintained, we appreciated the sharing of this wonderful home! We will try to come back soon as we were there for an annual Golf Tournament.

Great property, great location, but had a WiFi problem

This is a great property, with a fantastic location! It overlooks the Deschutes river gorge; the river is visible and there's apparently access to it for swimming, etc, although we didn't use it (we were there for a wedding, so no time apart from doing things with family, nor any bathing suits :-) The property itself was great, it's on the ground floor so no problem wrestling bags up the stairs, and as noted, it's one of the units that's right on the gorge itself. The kitchen is smallish but complete, the two bedrooms are spacious, one is a bath/shower, the other a large shower stall. We also noticed two inflatable beds in a closet, to sleep two more. The sound-isolation seemed good, as there was a family upstairs from us but we hardly heard anything when they were home at the same time as us. The location is also very convenient, as things like grocery stores and restaurants are close by. The one fly in the ointment was a significant one though; the WiFi didn't work at all :-/ The agent said that the owner had recently redone the system, but it still didn't work for us. The agent (Rachel) was very accessible, responsive, sweet and overall great to work with and got us a minor rebate, but the owner needs to address the WiFi situation and get someone who knows what they're doing to fix it once and for all. (I suspect the problem is the cable company itself; maybe StarLink is the answer?) Overall, we'd rent again in a heartbeat, as long as the WiFi was fixed :-)

Amazing view and place to stay!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The view out the window was stunning! The placement of the hot tub overlooking that gorgeous view couldn’t have been any more perfect. It was so nice to have a peaceful place to stay and come back to while visiting Bend. It was very clean and well furnished with everything we needed. We really appreciated the coffee and wine that we were gifted. Thank you so much for a memorable vacation stay!
