I must say that we were shocked at the lack of cleanliness in this house. We've stayed at several houses in Sunriver over the past 10 years and this has been the worst. It has a lot of potential, but when you immediately walk in and see that the carpet is stained and that it hadn't been vacuumed (garbage under the dining room table), I thought twice about even staying. Then, we notice the stained carpet in the upstairs bedroom, as well. The kitchen floor had not been swept, the blinds on the windows in the living room were stained, the blinds at the front door were so dusty, we wrote "clean me" in dust! This house was supposed to be "sparkling clean" due to COVID rules. It definitely was not. The upstairs bathtub was so clogged that when I turned on the shower, black gunk came out of the drain. The carpet is ripped at the kitchen/dining room. We killed 5 moths that first evening when we arrived. So, thinking maybe the house hadn't been used in a little while. We tried using the vacuum ourselves, but it was broken. We called housekeeping and they did arrive the next morning...but there was no apology about the cleanliness (or lack there of) and then we had to leave so they could vacuum and we get back and it's no better than it was before! She did call for maintenance to come fix the drain, so he did that afternoon. The downstairs seemed to be in better shape than the upstairs. I ended up using that bathroom and didn't shower upstairs. So, overall, very upset with the lack of cleaning done to this house. AND, I sent VACASA (who was the property management for this house) 2 emails and never heard back from them. Oh, and you have to leave by 10am on checkout day so that they can "clean". Seriously disappointed and we will not be renting from this company again and obviously this house. I'm not sure why it got such good reviews... ??
Yes, there are bikes in the garage and there are lots of games which is nice. They did update the couches and tv from the listing pictures.
