With two spacious primary suites, a private hot tub, three furnished patios, and a large fenced yard, this sunny, comfortable home is perfect for two couples, friends, or a small family. And yes, your dogs are welcome!

Located at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in the Valhalla neighborhood, you'll enjoy a little breathing room while staying close to downtown Bend, Northwest Crossing, Phil's Trail, Shevlin Park, and the Cascade Lakes Highway.

THE SPACE
Pondo & Pine combines mid-century character with modern comforts, an open floor plan, hardwood floors, and plenty of natural light. There's room to gather, room to spread out, and plenty of inviting places to relax.

Two Private Suites
King suite: Comfortable king bed, spacious ensuite bathroom with a large tiled shower, and direct outdoor access near the hot tub.

Queen suite: Cozy queen bed, private ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and shower, and direct outdoor access near the hot tub.

With two private suites, each couple gets their own comfortable retreat.

Kitchen & Living Spaces
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is a favorite feature of the home. With stainless steel appliances, a gas range, generous counter space, and plenty of cookware, it's ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner.

Gather around the live-edge dining table, settle into the comfortable living room, or enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. There's also a separate cozy den with another TV and a trundle daybed.

DOG-FRIENDLY

Well-mannered dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. The fully fenced yard gives your four-legged companions plenty of outdoor space.

We ask that dogs stay off the furniture and beds and are not left unattended unless securely crated.

GOOD TO KNOW
The home accommodates up to four guests and includes central air conditioning, three bathrooms, and plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space.
