Vantage Point - Hot Tub, Updated, Outdoor Spaces, Steps to Old Mill and River

Vantage Point is located just a short 3 minute walk from the Old Mill, Deschutes River, Restaurants, Shopping, Festivals and Concerts.

This elegant and peaceful home is newly decorated and comfortable for the entire family. This exquisite 1800 square foot home has Central A/C for those hot summer afternoons in Bend. The outdoor courtyard is perfect for balmy evenings with a private hot tub, gas fire pit and relaxing chairs, and a fully fenced landscaped paradise. We also allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled. Four cruiser style bikes, a 2-child bike trailer, wifi and comfortable patio furniture provide entertainment for all. The home is just a 3 minute walk from the Old Mill where you will find shopping, entertainment, restaurants, the Deschutes River and Les Schwab Ampitheater. Furnishings and décor are all new. Crisp clean lines and elegant touches give this home a true Bend feel.

The home is 2-level with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This home sleeps 8 including the pull-out couch.

On that main level, there is also the living room, family room, kitchen and dining areas. Downstairs there is also a bunk room (2 twins total) and a full bath.

Upstairs is the master bedroom has a new King Bed and private bath with a huge walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath.

The living room has a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV for watching your favorite sports team, or for the family to gather around for a movie night. Beyond the living room is the family/game room (partially open to the living room). This family room space is set up to be either a quiet refuge or an extension of the living room. The family/game room has room for puzzles, games, toys and also has access to a quiet balcony on the front of the house.

The beds are all made with luxury linens, crisp warm comforters, and new mattresses.

Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to breweries and hiking. Pet friendly with a beautiful yard. The bikes were a definite plus along with the hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Great location

Condo is in great location for walking to the river trails and Old Mill area of Bend. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need and the beds are very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summer Family Vacation

The property is a great location to Old Mill and lots of running and walking trails and easy access to highway and downtown Bend. The property is a little worn and things not super clean. The backyard could use a clean up and patio furniture felt very used. Great vacation overall but not sure I would rent this place again.

Pics a bit deceiving

The pictures of the outdoor gathering patio with hot tub and fire pit was so pretty and inviting. In reality that space hadn't been maintained at all. Overgrown with weeds; debris/leaves scattered on ground; furniture filthy; and lots of ants...which liked to find their way into the kitchen. Location was ok...but definitely a hike downhill to Old Mill and Box Factory etc. Decent rental tho.

Great area!

Great place with plenty of room. It was clean and well maintained. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it did look inviting! The outdoor space was great, it is fenced so our dogs were able to do their business without us having to take them out. We had an issue with the coffee maker and they brought us a new one quickly. The only downsides were the queen bed upstairs could probably use an upgrade. It slopes quite a bit with adults sleeping in it. The other part is there are no usb ports in the house, so don’t forget your wall plugs!!

Fantastic property, but poorly managed

Outstanding property in convenient location in Bend. Great outdoor space. Overall, good inside space other than family room is a little small with limited seating. Poorly managed, though - propane was completely out so couldn’t barbecue; mgt response was that maintenance was called but never heard back. Also, told one thing about late checkout options before we booked, but later wanted to assess extra fees for option. No interest in making it right for customer.

Great Place, Needed a Little Deep Cleaning

My extended family stayed here for labor day weekend and it was great for 6 adults and two small children. They even have some toys and a high chair to use for the kids. My one negative was that it really needed some better cleaning. The floors left our feet black (just needed a mop). We wiped down the handrails to be extra cautious due to COVID and the wipes were all black. I would have thought that high-touch places would have been cleaned regularly. The kitchen table chairs were very dirty and could use some cleaning of the fabric. And there was some trash out on the back deck by the fire pit. Other than the cleaning, it was a very nice place to stay. The outdoor air quality left us staying inside the house most of the weekend, and it was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our entire family of 3 couples and two little kids to hang out and enjoy ourselves.

Great Location and Amenities

We would stay here again. We loved the location. It only took a few minutes to walk down to the trails on the river. We enjoyed walking through all the parks, where we saw lots of deer and geese, and also through the shopping, restaurants, and pubs. It is an easy drive to Mt Bachelor, where we had a good lunch while watching the skiers, and lots of hiking areas. The space itself was very comfortable. We hosted a couple of dinners for family living in the area and made good use of the BBQ grill and the large hot tub. The host provides towels for the hot tub. We even made use of the modern washer and dryer. We found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Spring break

We had a wonderful trip! The house was clean, kitchen was full of kitchenware to cook at home. We loved the hot tub! best part was the wonderful location, walking distance to shopping, trails, and restaurants. We will be back!

Lovely property

We just loved basing ourselves here while we were in Bend. Very well appointed and decorated. Loved having the garage and hot tub. Plenty of space for grandparents, parents and granddaughter and we all had our own bathrooms!

Concert Getaway

The house was very comfortable. The cleaning was a bit neglected. We found the cutting board had been put away dirty by previous tenants and not cleaned, furniture was very dirty. We had no vacuum or we would have cleaned some ourselves. Outdoor area is very nice but would have been nice for it to have at least been swept before our arrival or cob webs cleaned. Overall the place is great.

This house was perfect for a family with plenty of space + bathrooms. There were practical items for baby, lots of toys + games and a hot tub for the adults. The only thing I wish they had was a baby gate for the stairs! Great location within walking distance to the Old Mill.

Great location & comfortable space

We loved our stay at this townhouse, steps from Old Mill District and easy driving distance to Mount Bachelor. There is ample space (3 bedrooms) and a full kitchen. We really appreciated having the garage for our car, and the backyard space with hot tub was wonderful after a day on the slopes. The living area was comfortable with a Netflix-enabled smart TV, though the low position of the TV was a bit awkward. We would definitely book here again next time in Bend.

Comfortable stay

We stayed 2 nights to go skiing at Mt. Bachelor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. The hot tub was nice, but could have been a degree or two warmer. It was nice to have a garage that we could park in and leave all our ski gear in. We would stay again.
