All three bedrooms are located on the main level, providing a peaceful and convenient layout. The primary suite features a king bed, views of the golf course, and direct deck access with outdoor seating—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, with a full bath nearby. The third bedroom includes a full bed and its own access to the back deck and tranquil views.
Also downstairs, you’ll find a washer and dryer, and access to the private hot tub, tucked on the front porch and partially enclosed with a gate that opens to the golf course for added ambiance.
Upstairs: Room to Relax & Work Remotely. The spacious main living area welcomes you with a large sectional, wood-burning fireplace, and cozy ambiance for movie nights, game days, or quiet evenings with a book. A second living space provides a dedicated work desk—perfect for remote work or school—along with an additional seating area and private balcony overlooking the greens. Another balcony is located just off the main living room, ideal for stargazing or sunset cocktails.
