"Brews and Views " River View Condo- Edge of Downtown

With our property right on the banks of the Deschutes, this one-bedroom condominium offers a river view with a full kitchen, two bathrooms and can sleep up to four. There are two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a bath/tub combo. In the main living area, there is a queen-sized Murphy bed, dinning room table with seating for four, a gas fireplace, and large flatscreen TV. From the main living area the large glass doors open to a roomy patio with seating for a relaxing break and view of the river.

You have a full kitchen, two separate sleeping areas for four visitors, and we're pet-friendly, too. We do collect a $50 + tax pet fee per pet separately after you make your booking. There is a maximum of two furry friends.

This unit specifically is great for those traveling with children, the owners themselves are a growing family and have decided to leave some more kid friendly accommodations behind for their guest to enjoy/use! A few items you will be able to find in the unit are a high chair, pack-n-play, and some new toys!

The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on our grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques in under ten minutes.

Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open daily so be sure to bring those swimsuits!

Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to login to your own personal accounts such as Disney+ and Netflix on the SmartTV's provide in the unit!
