Your spacious Sunriver getaway can be found right here in Big Leaf 7! The great room offers comfortable leather furnishings, smart TV, gas fireplace and wood beam ceilings. The adjacent kitchen and dining area has additional seating, a table for 10, plus 2 more at the kitchen counter. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite culinary creations.

On the main level is a bedroom with a queen bed and TV. Head upstairs to the Primary Bedroom with king bed, TV, and attached private bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The third bedroom, also upstairs, is a large bunk room with two pyramid bunks, couches, foosball, TV and attached bathroom. There is one full bathroom on the main level and two upstairs with a walk-in shower.

* IMPORTANT (Air Conditioning): This two-story home has single zone air conditioning. That means that the upstairs will be warmer than the downstairs (sometimes by 10 degrees or more). Fans are provided in every bedroom to take advantage of the cool mountain air in the evenings and early mornings in Sunriver to make you as comfortable as possible.

**This home has a nest camera at the front door. Camera are not operational when home is in use.
