Bend's West Side, Work-from-Home Office, New and Modern, Light, Bright, and Luxurious

Gorgeous, high-quality, new construction (2018). This fabulous home is located just 1/4 mile from downtown and river trails! The light and bright, open floor plan creates an inviting gathering space. The first level boasts a spacious open design including a upscale kitchen open to a spacious great room and dining room. Three bedrooms (two queen and one king) gives you plenty of room to enjoy a getaway with friends or family. The 4th bedroom can be used as a bedroom, den or office with a pull out sofa, and there is also a loft with another pull-out sofa. The office area makes the perfect work-at-home space with a Jarvis adjustable height sit/stand desk and a Capisco Ergonomic Desk Chair.

The long driveway provides plenty of parking and there is a heated garage with an EV charger for a small car or your toys. Please note that there is a tight entrance to garage - access is for small vehicles only. We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

Great stay

Nice modern home, Master bed was comfy and house close to downtown. We did have a small dog and would have preferred a closed off yard area, but otherwise a great experience.

Excellent property in a great location

The property is beautiful and located in a prime location of Bend, Oregon. The Property Management company has an easy check-in and checkout process. The communication was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing spot

This home is well located on a quiet street near downtown Bend. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to bake and cook our own meals. Nice layout and great sized rooms.

Nice house!

House was clean and orderly. Everything was easy to find. Driveway parking is very tight for full size vehicles like a 4wd pickup. Great for small dogs that don't need much yard.

Perfect place

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience in Bend. It was perfect for our larger family and super convenient to all the activities. Loved being able to walk to pioneer park. Bend is beautiful - hope to be back soon.

Wonderful Bend house near mountain and in town

This was a great house. We had 4 adults and 2 infants and felt very comfortable. There are three full bedrooms upstairs (including the master). We put one baby in the giant walk in closet and the other in a bedroom. Downstairs is an office/bedroom with doors that close and a foldout couch so one adult stayed there. So it really felt like 4 full bedrooms.The house had all the necessary amenities and was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The driveway is very tight but our Tahoe made it in so most cars would do fine. Highly suggest!

Stunning & Comfortable

This is an absolutely beautiful home very well done super clean. All the beds are comfortable. They pretty much supplied everything that we needed. We loved the big table so we could all sit around and have family dinners. We enjoyed the boardgames. The only issue we had was the TV- our shows kept stopping so we could never fully watch it and we were thinking it had to do with the connectivity. We did not reach out to anybody and just decided to watch on our laptop.

Great home, but a few things missing.

Upstairs pull out couch collapses when putting weight on it and the dishwasher silverware insert is missing. Bedroom in front of house needs blackout curtains. The sun is blinding in the AM.

About our stay

When we arrived we noticed that the outside umbrella was outside flipped upside down. When we went to put it on the table we noticed it was broken. We are not responsible for that. Also the upstairs pull out couch is not functioning properly. Also nothing that we did. Other then that the house was amazing and very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay😊

Great stay, difficult parking

The house is just as represented. Very clean, well appointed. It worked great for my wife and I to visit Bend and work from the house. Location is good if you have a vehicle. The host company makes check in easy, was available if needed and obviously takes great care of the property. The only issue is parking. You cannot park on the street and the driveway is narrow and tricky to get into with a bigger vehicle. There is a garage but the way it is positioned, it is not accessible for a larger SUV or truck. Probably only useful for a sedan. I'd definitely stay here again but warn some one that is driving a bigger vehicle.

Great house close to Mt Bachelor slopes and Bend downtown

Nice, modern, bright and comfortable house. Very clean. Modern kitchen and nice grill outside. Lots of space at front and rear entrances for ski gear, outerwear, boots, etc. 4th bedroom is an office with a pull out couch. I wouldn’t normally consider that an official bedroom but it worked for us as we could put kids in that room. There was also a pull out couch in the small loft area which served as another place to sleep if needed. A word of note that is obvious from the pictures (although I missed it during booking). There are only 2 TVs in the home. One in the master bedroom and one in the small loft area (seating for 3-4). This was not enough viewing space to watch big sporting events like Bowl games or New Years Eve ball drop as combined families (we stayed over the New Years Eve holiday). That said, the living room space is comfortable and the owner provides lots of games to encourage great family time without staring at screens. I just would have chosen different given the few family TV events occurring during our stay. There are only 2 full baths (and one half bath). This was fine for 4 adults and 4 children although might be a stretch for 8 adults. One final note. The driveway is long but very narrow. Larger SUVs or pickup trucks will not fit easily. Overall a very nice and comfortable home in a great location for 2 families (8 people). I would highly recommend to friends and family with the notes above.

Easy communication & entry. House exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable. We were in town for a long weekend for a wedding which had lots of events so we basically used the house for coffee and sleeping. Lovely back porch, great layout. Walking distance to river trail.

Family celebrations in Bend

Location was very convenient, in the vicinity of many activities. Backing out of the driveway was a bit difficult. The house was great and with many amenities. Cleanliness was great. Owners were responsive.

Great place for a larger group! (7 of us)

We had a great stay. There were 7 of us; we all fit in very comfortably. The office worked out as an additional bedroom quite well. Good location, close to the wedding venue we were there for. Quiet. Now for the things we noticed:1. The garage is behind the house, down a VERY narrow driveway. We ended up parking on the street, across from the house.2. Shortage of hand towels for the bathrooms. There should be 2 hand towels for each bathroom basin, making a total of 8 towels. (We asked for more towels, and they were delivered quickly.)3. No hooks for clothes/towels in the bathrooms. (There were towel bars, but no hooks.)4. No food storage containers in the kitchen for left-overs.5. Shortage of food prep and serving bowls in the kitchen.6. The upstairs shared bathroom had a clogged bath drain. (It was fixed after calling in.)The things above were fairly minor, and all-in-all we were pleased with the experience.
