Boasting 2,767 sq. ft., this luxurious home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with its 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 well-appointed bathrooms.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by expansive kitchen, living, and dining areas featuring vaulted ceilings, A-frame trusses, wood beam accents, and elegant hardwood floors.

The home's standout features include:
• Breathtaking views of the Ponderosa Pines complemented by a covered back patio equipped with a natural gas firepit, propane barbecue, stylish outdoor furniture, and a full-sized bocce ball court.
• State-of-the-art kitchen complete with black stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and an 6-burner gas stove.
• Dining area accommodating up to 6 guests, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar.
• Open living room space furnished with three sets of recliner sofas, abundant natural light, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV with Roku.
• Lavish primary suite featuring a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, spacious walk-in closet, flat-screen TV with Roku, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a tub, tiled shower, and double sinks.
