Our family had a great time together in Sunriver. Everything was clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was close to the bike paths and the village and SHARC were accessible via bike ride.

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our family reunion. The location is great - short bike ride to fort rock park & the village. The house is clean, well appointed and really spacious.

Great stay

We stayed for baseball tournament weekend, and it was a lovely house overall. The kitchen stove probably needs replaced as the burners took a very long time to heat up, and the cookware was not non stick so it was not fun to cook on. A few of the bikes had flat tires, so we had to switch the baby trailer to another bike. Minor inconveniences, but the house was at a great location, hot tub was clean, and the house too. Would stay again!

Wedding

We were so busy that we really did not get a chance to ride bikes, play ping pong, or go into the hot tub! We had family over for lunch and breakfast. The space was perfect for a family gatherings

Solid rental

House was clean and comfortable with a great selection of bicycles. Wish there had been some basic staples like salt and sugar and more towels but besides that we really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable. Good beds, spacious. Appreciated the toys for kids. Biggest concern: master bath was not adequately cleaned and had long hair from prior occupant on the tiles. Less concerning but contributing to sense of sloppy cleaning was small amounts of acne-treating soap left in shower (in their dispensers). Seemed just left over from prior visitors rather than for benefit of guests. Rather have nothing than others' odds and ends. At least add salt to very limited pantry condiments.

Christmas stay

Lovely, roomy home. The large kitchen and spacious great room were perfect for a big family gathering. With no snow, we put the bicycles to good use. This home has the best selection and quality of bikes we’ve ever come across in Sunriver.

Great family time

My husband, infant daughter and I stayed with my mom, dad and brother at this house. It was great for everyone to have their own room/space. Two of the bedrooms have their own bath, so it was like having two masters. Easy to get to. Clean, great deck and no house backing up, just beautiful trees. We really enjoyed the couch/living space and hot tub together. Great family memories.

Wonderful Stay !

We had a great stay! The following are some of the things we really enjoyed: A/C, comfy beds, nicely stocked kitchen utensils/supplies, large patio with lots of seating, variety of bikes, great location with backyard privacy where deer walked by daily, extra bike locks, lots of beach towels, hot tub, SHARC passes, and the layout of the house - one of the bedrooms with an attached bathroom was separate from the other rooms. There were a few things we would have liked: chairs in the garage to watch others play ping-pong, the patio table was made of tile and was falling apart and dirty, the uncovered window in the bedroom let in a lot of light making it hard to sleep in the morning, the Kuerig didn’t work well and when it did the coffee was luke warm, and most disappointing was the BBQ wouldn’t work - after trouble shooting and trying to reach the property manager we ended up having to cook the burgers on the stove. Overall, the pros outweighed any cons and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family set up!

This place had everything we needed to fit our family of six. If we had two more kids, they woyha e had space to sleep, too! Loved the toy closet! Laundry! Well stocked kitchen! AC helped during the 90+° weather when we stayed here!

Nice rental house

We had a nice stay at this house. Easy to access with given directions. The house was very clean. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood. There are a variety of bikes to use which was very nice for our group. There is a ping pong table in the garage but we did not use it. Also the SHARK passes were a plus as well. The biggest negative would be the back patio space. The patio dining table was not usable as it was in really rough shape (tiles loose and falling off everywhere). We were very disappointed because we were looking forward to dining outside with the weather being so nice. Most of the patio chairs did not have cushions which was another thing that we were a little surprised with. There is also a family of raccoons living under the deck and we were a little startled when they came out and looked at us as we were sitting on the deck (in the daylight hours). But, all in all, we enjoyed our stay. It was a nice size house with just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for the size of our group.

Open floor plan perfect for families

We had a great stay at this property with three families and our children. The living, kitchen and dining rooms are all open floor plans and bigger than we expected. It was great to have private bathrooms off the masters. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn’t working well on our stay and the property manager was communicative and responsive in trying to fix it. Tons of bikes and bike locks available in the garage too! We’ll be back!
