Come enjoy the best that Sunriver has to offer by staying in this pet friendly, This 1450 +/- sq. ft. condo in Fairway Village, located in the serene pine forests of the northern portion of Sunriver. You are a short walk from the Woodlands Golf Course and driving range, as well as having ready access to the beautiful bike trails of Sunriver. Fairway Village has its own swimming pool and the owners provide SHARC passes and bicycles with helmets.



After a fun filled day come home to a remodeled kitchen with quartz counter tops and high end appliances. Put steaks on the Weber BBQ and enjoy eating on the outdoor deck. Play board games in front of the cozy gas fireplace or view one of 200 DVD's on the new 50 inch LCD with audio bar. Relax in the spa and sleep tight on one of the new, quality mattresses. Ceiling fans are in the master bedroom and living room for your comfort. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players. The bunk room has a Wii Console.



Bikes: There are 6 bikes at this home (4 adult/2 child). However, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice and subject to downtime. Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify our office and we will make every attempt to have it repaired. In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.
