The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, tableware, and major appliances, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The sleeping area features two bedrooms, each with double beds, comfortably accommodating up to four people. The apartment also includes two full bathrooms for added comfort and convenience. The property is fully air-conditioned and features a nice terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Benalmádena Pueblo is the oldest part of the town. It sits on a hill a few kilometres inland from the coast and has the traditional appearance of an Andalusian white village. It is quieter than the coastal areas and feels more local and traditional. Many residents who prefer a calm environment and panoramic views choose to live here.

Below the pueblo is Arroyo de la Miel, which is the modern town centre and the most populated part of Benalmádena. This area developed more recently and functions as the everyday hub of the municipality. It has shops, supermarkets, schools, restaurants, and the train station that connects Benalmádena to Málaga, the airport, Torremolinos, and Fuengirola. Arroyo de la Miel is where many locals live year-round, and it has a mix of residential buildings, commercial streets, and attractions such as Parque de la Paloma and the cable car.

Along the shoreline is Benalmádena Costa, the coastal zone that attracts most visitors. This area runs along the beaches and the seaside promenade and contains many hotels, holiday apartments, beach clubs, and restaurants. One of its most famous landmarks is Puerto Marina, a large and lively marina known for its distinctive architecture, nightlife, and waterfront dining. Because of its beaches and entertainment options, this area tends to be busier and more tourist-oriented than the other parts of the town.
