ADDITIONAL RENTAL CONDITIONS AND PROPERTY RULES
Maintenance and Cleaning: The accommodation must be returned in reasonable order and cleanliness conditions. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted directly from the deposit, in the following cases:
Excessive general dirt in the property.
Considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.
Accumulation of rubbish inside the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to read the property guide, which specifies the exact location of the street bins, and dispose of rubbish in the designated places before departure.
Irreversible damage to towels and bedding caused by stains from makeup, tanning creams or other chemical products.
Community Services and Works: Our properties are part of residential communities and are subject to the coexistence rules and decisions of each owners' association. Therefore, the guest accepts that:
We are not responsible if the advertised community services (swimming pool, heated swimming pool, sauna, gym, sports courts, etc.) are closed or have restricted access during their stay due to community decisions, maintenance work or local authority regulations.
We are not responsible for possible noise or visual disturbances caused by maintenance, conservation or renovation work approved by the community that takes place in common areas (facade painting, work in entrance halls, garages, gardens, etc.).
