Beautiful newly renovated penthouse apartment close to Benalmádena beach with fantastic views to the Mediterranean Sea.

The penthouse apartment consists of a large living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet and a nice big terrace of 60 sqm. Situated in a quiet residential area with community pool and only 400 meters from one of the coasts best beaches with a vast variety of restaurants and water sport activities. Private parking in a garage is included.

The apartment is newly renovated so there are new bathroom/toilet, kitchen, domestic appliances, thermo-windows and air-conditioning in all rooms.

The two bedrooms has large built in wardrobes and new Scandinavian quality beds.

The apartment is best suited for 4 persons.

The kitchen is fully equipped incl. a Nespresso coffee maker. A nice bar area is separating the living room and kitchen, and in the living room you find a dining area for 4 persons, sofa, table and Smart TV where you can enjoy lots of TV channels including English, German and Scandinavian. Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet access (fiber 300Mbit) is also included.

On the beach promenade below you will find lots of beach restaurants, cafés, bars and a nice cosy atmosphere. Some of the coasts best seafood restaurants can be found in this area.

The apartment is situated on a hilltop with fantastic views. Car rental is recommended for shopping etc. The apartment is situated only a 15-minute walk from the Carvajal train station with connections to Málaga airport, Fuengirola and Málaga. It takes 25 minutes to the airport and 6 minutes to Fuengirola centre.

Amazing property with 180 degree views of the ocean. Quiet. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped! Beach is walking distance but uphill on way back which would kill ya if you are worn out. :). Car is needed for sure. Very private balcony. Overall a fantastic property and Rincon is great to work with! Very easy, flexible checkin process. Great customer service! Unit had some ants. Would be great if two beach chairs and an umbrella was provided.

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist besonders und zum Wohlfühlen geeignet. Wir hatten kaum etwas zu beanstanden. Ein Kritikpunkt möchte ich anmerken. Das Geschirr war sehr unsauber und zum spülen war ein gebrauchter Schwamm hinterlegt. Wir hatten auch zu wenig Küchentücher vor Ort, ansonsten ist alles TOP!

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt in dieser Fewo sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage mit der Nähe zum Meer ist klasse, die Küche ausgezeichnet ausgestattet und auch sonst ist alles gut. Einzig der immer wieder auftretende Kloakengeruch in Bad und WC war störend. Hier hat das Haus wohl ein generelles Problem und es müsste diesbezüglich nachsaniert werden. Sonst kann man aber nicht meckern.
