Propreté et installation médiocre

Dès notre arrivée nous avons constaté la malpropreté de la résidence: la douche n'avait visiblement pas été lavé depuis plusieurs mois, des fourmis circulaient sur le comptoir et dans les armoires, une des deux air climatisée ne climatisait pas et dégoutait (visiblement depuis longtemps étant donné la présence de moisissures sous celle-ci), impossible de faire la cuisine lorsque l'air climatisée fonctionnait car le circuit électrique était insuffisant. Devant ce constat, nous avons demandé dès la première journée un remboursement, qui nous a été refusé à la fois par Vrbo ainsi par l'hôte prétendant que des solutions avaient été apportées, ce qui est faux car les interventions n'ont pas permis de régler la totalité des inconvénients subis, entre autres la colonie de fourmis dans la cuisine.
